Well, that's amazing! No matter how hard I kept my fingers crossed for the speed bumps to do their best, my hopes were dashed (multiple coffees are coming your way 😢). The tent inflation scenes were epic and must surely find their way into the Mon Ami Hall of Fame! Thanks again - wonderful fun! 🤗
Thanks so much for your support. It was more touch and go than the video made it look to begin with. Not least because by the third stop to tighten the bungees I was getting a little irate!
I hope all the people who watched you for the ID Buzz last week will watch again this week! They’re missing a treat if they don’t. Perfect Sunday evening entertainment!
That was certainly a white knuckle ride, thank goodness dear Elton made it. So pleased you got the tent up, so bad pump not included it, wasn't a cheap tent either, can't wait for next week episode for more of your adventures.
knew this was going to be an incredible episode. As for not having a pump to inflate the tent, I can only imagine how much work it took to inflate it by hand. The location is superb, the whole atmosphere, the mountains, the views, simply incredible. Looking forward to another fantastic episode next week :)
Over here we have a roll up doormat called a “dirt stopper”. It is used for tents and caravans to stop dirt from getting into your tent. ❤ keep up your adventures.
Another wonderful post - your patience with humor are amazing. And, to let you know.... Evil Knievel was born and died in Butte, Montana - a mere 60 miles from where I sit now. "Butte - a mile high, a mile deep, and everyone is on the level". Love you two more than I can say.
Absolultely hillarious. Thankfully you found the house, it looks beautiful, can't wait for the next instalment. You do make us laugh, your channel is our Sunday night treat. What an adventure. Thanks 🎉😂
Lovely video lads, one of your best. Before settling elsewhere in Italy the wife and I looked at an apartment to buy in Dolceaqua just above the Monet bridge but realized it never got any sun. For your friends to get a house up in the hills in the middle of nowhere is a brave undertaking (presumably it's a holiday home). We are driving across the border for a 5 day stay at the Le Flore in Villefranche next week so maybe see you pottering around? Ciao!
What are you two like !! Great film as always boys, what a beautiful part of the world to live in and visit, you are truly blessed to have all that on your doorstep. And Mr Boo….. “dirty boy….. bad boy…. on your rug !!” You didn’t have to enjoy pumping up the tent quite sooo much 😳 Stressful journey but it all ended well…enjoy your break up in the hills…… then all you’ve got to do is get the Quatermass tent back in the bag , back down the hill and home again without it falling off the roof ! Thank you for brightening up my life…. Cheers guys 😉 Richard.
I don’t think I’ve laughed so much in a while, brilliant! Well you got it up in the end, bravo gentlemen. I was afraid you might start killing each other when the pump didn’t turn up, but you obviously cut out that bit. Happy hols ❤❤
Hi guys! Just discovered your channel and havent stopped laughing. I live in Cagnes sur mer, been in France for 40years and you two really bring a breath of fresh air to life here. Thanks you! Will continue to follow with pleasure.🩷
Loved this video. That tent is just incredible. Looks amazing. Much better than any expensive clunky camper. That dog is so cute too. So oblivious to the chaos.
OMG boys, you are cracking us up over here. Kimball and I were legit on the floor laughing over you guys trying to get that tent up. 🤣 Hope you had an amazing time camping. ⛺🥰
Thanks for sharing😊 A couple of tips on traveling: Very LARGE vacuum storage bags can store all your soft items, sleeping bags, pillows, clothes, etc and reduce space to carry them on Elton’s roof by over 3/4 percent..if you can find , they are worth the investment..also you can use a very large nylon laundry bag or use or make a “net” to collect all your supplies on top of the roof to keep them from blowing off the roof, and there is a possible bike rack attachment for Elton that you could use on the back of Elton for more carry on stuff…( a foot pump for your tent may be in the works?) Twiggy is gorgeous 😊😊❤❤
Thanks. We only had the tent in the roof bag and our pillows. Our problem is we can’t carry our seats (Tamsin brought those) And we’d love to have a tow bar bike rack etc on Elton but it’s sadly illegal as he’s a light quad. Like the net idea though
Just switched on to see if you had uploaded your Sunday night video and now just about to enjoy our Tim and Mr Boo Saga 🥰 Thankyou as always for giving us such great viewing Twiggy has won our hearts though ❤️❤️

It’s a very good observation you made about chargers never being in the shade. It’s true for us here in Northern California, where we experience triple-digit temps. Time for some changes.
Perfect episode. OMG…so many jokes could be made about having to “pump it up” even at Mr. Boo’s young age. Magical place. The blowing up, etc. 😂 And on and on. Gorgeous tent. Hi to the gang. Lovely and congratulations.

I had a great inflatable tent back in the 70s it came with a length of red hose and a connector, you just unscrewed a spark plug out of your car engine and then screw in the connector and start the car and the engine would inflate the tent 😁😎
and my usual tip: Have you ever seen this new type of pump? It is basically a big trash bag with a big opening on one side and a nice nozzle on the other side. You just capture as much air as possible in the bag. And you attach the nozzle to the inlet of what ever you wanna blow up. I hate seeing manual labor. Why use a manual pump? Why use your lungs? Why even use a noisy electric pump which takes for ever? Why not the big trash bag, as i just explained? You can find commercially available trash bags with the nozzle. But a bit of duct tape, some brains, and half an hour..... it should save a bit of money on that as well. Believe me: If i inflate a boat, a chair, what ever.... I use a big bag which i can fill up with air easily by just opening the large gap and trap air inside. Then i close the big gap. here is a title of a video: Inflate air mattress with a garbage bag. But, there are other videos with a much bigger bag. Heck, buy an inflatable mattress. Cut one side open, but leave the nozzles in place. And there you go. You fill it up with air, put the nozzle on the nozzle of the air mattress you wanna inflate (might need a bit of pipe, something...) , close the hole and start laying down on it to transfer the air. How easy can it be?

If I can ever help ping me a RUclips reply. I am just around the corner in Menton. I am sure you know, but if you get the chance look out for the Trat in nearby Pigna that is wonderful and in season does a special porcini menu (Ristorante Trattoria Terme).
I think you two gave Laural and Hardy a run for their money putting up that inflatable tent. It would have been the cherry on top if you finished by parking Eton in the tent's central garage.
I did enjoy that, I have to admit. That tent looked so precarious at times on Elton. Above all, I’m impressed not only with Mr Boo’s blowing but also that hand pump action 😂 (Nice to see Twiggy exploring).
OMG how idid u get there in 1 piece? Honestly, I thought you'd either lose the tent, Elton would pack up, or the tent would end up being thrown in a skip! 😂 Looks an amazing place 🇮🇹
Oh my! The inuendo and gesticulations, lol. Plus first time i heard you say it is a family show, such a disappointment😂. What’s next? Knitting while watching football? Hoping next week’s adventures are a bit more je ne sais quoi. Lolz, have a great one, meanwhile: practice that pump action! ❤🐕❤️
@@MeandMonAmi haha, i believe you! But putting some effort in makes it all the more rewarding imo. Was wondering if the engine was struggling a bit because of that decathlon pile on top of your roof. Stay charged!😎

Why not the big trash bag, as i just explained?
You can find commercially available trash bags with the nozzle.
But a bit of duct tape, some brains, and half an hour..... it should save a bit of money on that as well.
Believe me: If i inflate a boat, a chair, what ever....

ah ah ah cette fois ci il faisait beau !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Triumph Tiger... .Nice!🤣
If I can ever help ping me a RUclips reply. I am just around the corner in Menton. I am sure you know, but if you get the chance look out for the Trat in nearby Pigna that is wonderful and in season does a special porcini menu (Ristorante Trattoria Terme).
Thanks
Wot no pump boys, Carry On Camping.😁👍
I think you two gave Laural and Hardy a run for their money putting up that inflatable tent. It would have been the cherry on top if you finished by parking Eton in the tent's central garage.
Poor Mr Boo had to huff & puff to blow his house up 🌬️ & Twiggy christened the tent, so funny 😂
We really are and it never grows old
I did enjoy that, I have to admit.
That tent looked so precarious at times on Elton.
Above all, I’m impressed not only with Mr Boo’s blowing but also that hand pump action 😂
(Nice to see Twiggy exploring).
Thanks. He’s very versatile!
OMG how idid u get there in 1 piece? Honestly, I thought you'd either lose the tent, Elton would pack up, or the tent would end up being thrown in a skip! 😂 Looks an amazing place 🇮🇹
We were a tad tired on arrival!
Havent watched it all but look up rack in a bag for a car roof. We had one having seen our American cousins with one.
That’s what we were using…
Thanks. It was a lorra work in every sense
@@MeandMonAmi haha, i believe you! But putting some effort in makes it all the more rewarding imo. Was wondering if the engine was struggling a bit because of that decathlon pile on top of your roof. Stay charged!😎
This why you need the buzz more room to fit everything
