Thank You So Much for this video. I was stuck trying to get the bolts through the grommets. I was ready to put the plastic spacers in upside down to make it work. You're a life saver. 2005 Chevy Impala.
i will second the dielectric silicone grease on the o rings. 30 years ago i was taught to use it on ac system snap lock o rings to eliminate come backs for ac work. when i used it ever time i never had another leaky coupling especially early hyundi or however that is spelled and some fords. so i started using on every o ring i touch. it has never caused me a problem and i am sure it has saved hundreds of hours in rework for free..........
Good to see you disconnecting the two fuel lines correctly. Some videos have them disconnect at the rails. Some gasket kits do have the o-rings, but why, right? Also, I didn't find anyone explaining the valve ("rocker arm covers" in some manuals) cover screws and seals! Thanks for the video.
Do you have the video where took off the top? I have a 2003 and there are few things I have to move and I'm not sure how to do that. Also, when you take one of the forks off, should you have a jack to support the engine?
Thanks for being the only one to say the valve cover torque specs anywhere!!!

I'm working on a blown head gasket on my daughters 01 Malibu and your videos have been super helpful. 👍🏻
Thanks for the lessons...
Do I have to TDC each valve per cylinder to relieve tension on rocker arm spring to tighten the push rods and rocker arms each cylinder?

I have a 1998 Chevy Venture LS 3.4 that has unfounded oil consumption. Will this video apply as it is from 2001 - 2004 Ventures. Thanks
I believe it’s the same
