You guys (along with Luetin09) are almost single-handedly responsible for turning me into 40k fan. Me and the wife are painting a few minis and I’ve been OBSESSED with watching your table top games and any lore that grabs me. Amazing universe! Great content y’all!
That was a fantastic listen. You should have Louise more often for more collabs, there is chemistry going on there! PS: RTB01 stands for Rogue Trader Box One.
Loved this episode, Louise needs to never stop being so wholesome, as it’s lovely! Minor thing, but my adhd/obsessive brain is taking over so apologies…..the first product code for the first Space Marine ever produced is LE2 (Leetu, if you know, you know!) …..RTB-01 was the first plastic kit for Rogue Trader.
Randomly found this channel after unearthing my chaos marines from 1998 and wanted to see what the ol' WH40k was up to these days and I've been absolutely binging the battles and content. Top shelf boyz you came along way from a handheld camera to an absolutely killer studio. Just what a journey to watch. Cheers
I have been playing since 2nd edition and haven't stopped even when I was on tour with the military I found a way to play which was strange I found a few mates in the army who played as well it was great and now my eldest nephew commission paints and plays my youngest nephew is getting into it and my brother is getting back into it.
Great Interview. I love Louise and her masterclass work and now her channel! Collaboration with the Honest Wargamer when :)? I think that would be an awesome interview to exchange ideas about both 40k and AoS and potentially the Old World
Bionicle mechs are amazing. I never fell out of Lego exactly but I'd stopped buying them during uni due to lack of money. Then Bionicle happened, and I couldn't resist.
When someone asks: "Is it still art if you're making it to be sold?" (referring to the Games Workshop painters), remind them, "Da Vinci's works were almost all made for patrons. Virtually every piece of classic art was made to be sold. Are those pieces not Art?". Is miniature painting Art? It depends on the painter, not the canvas. Any miniature can be dipped in paint, or it can be brought to life through careful application of pigments. I don't think painting a miniature is 'painting by numbers', either. We each choose what pigments to apply, where, and how - that's not how 'paint by numbers' works. Art is self expression. Art is purely subjective - what moves you to tears may move others to yawn, and that's fine. Art is waiting for you to make it - get to work... :)
70000 long was the closer answer, as he said space marines were "5 long". Assuming SMs are 2m tall that means along is about 40cm, and 70000 longs is 28km... Also RTB01 ws the first 'plastic multipart* SMs, there were earlier metal ones
You may have spelled Louise's last name incorrectly in the description :D Great to see Louise on. Did not realize how similar Louise and Bard are with regards to their energy and enthusiasm. Really fun to watch!
Hahaha! I grew it for the Movember charity - which you should totally check out they do some amazing work! It might be making an appearance in other videos over the next few weeks haha! - Bard
Imagine having a person as talented an enthusiastic about your brand as Louise. And then you push her into resign... Yes, not all people that works on GW are bad apples, actually is just a very small portion according to the other people that have quit GW, but those who are... They don't deserve to be there...

Luv collabs. LUV them. 🖖🤖
Everyone loves Louise!
Loved the guesses of the spaceship. The diameter of earth is 12k Km. Louise ship is 6 times the size.
