    Great video... question, as someone who is 'shopping on line' for a property...I often see a property listed as 'Novelty' I have no idea what that means? Perhaps it's lost in translation?

      I've personally never come across the term "novelty" when looking at French properties but I have seen "atypique" property, which I think may be similar. This is what Google AI says about that, but this would be a great first outreach questions to a real estate agent!
