    I have a question regarding having bad wrists on my right hand. I have a really hard time doing supinated grip Bicep curls and can't nearly do as much weight as my left hand.
    What other bicep exercises can I do you suggest I can do to continue to grow my arms without holding back.
    Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

    Everything you could be doing wrong in an arm workout - this guy is doing it. This TUT fetishism is beyond outdated, he's YEARS behind the research. Mechanical tension and failure is what matters for muscle growth. And going heavier will help you achieve that faster. Stupidly long reps with isometrics on top will only generate more fatigue, make you less time efficient and have you weaker for longer.
    Also 10-15 sets of standing supinated curls? Idiocy. Absurd volume, absurd set times, you won't recover from a workout like this for a long time. You will be able to hit arms less because you trained like a complete bozo when you could have simply gone heavy, cut your volume in half and achieved failure faster.

    Keep in mind folks: Time Under Tension is a ridiculous concept that is essentially useless to building muscle. It's a term that people like this use to sound smarter than they really are.
    Hypertrophy training is how you're going to build that muscle you want. Ignore people like the guy in the video.
