I just made my husband sit down and listen to your husband's reaction when he tasted your food. I explained to him that this is what every woman wants and expects to hear 😂
My mom, sister and I were out of town one week and my dad was cooking for the men folks and children. When we came home all they could talk about was papa's meatloaf. Instead of bread crumbs he used Pepperidge Farm stuffing as a binder in the meatloaf. From then on all of us use the stuffing in meatloaf. Have a good day from a fellow North Carolinian.
Funny, I already make 2 of the recipes with a little revision. The chicken with the cream soups: we put zucchini in it and mix it all up. We only use the cream of chicken but I'll have to try it with cream of celery too. The meatloaf: I just use a box of stove top, the eggs, pepper and ketchup. I mix the ketchup in the meatloaf. I also don't bake it in a loaf. I make extra big hamburger patties and bake. I've also grilled them. Started doing that when my son was little when that is the only meat he would eat. So I would freeze the baked patties so I could pull him out a serving at a time. I would also hide vegetables in them. He thought they were m&ms. But it worked! To this day my boys say I make the best meatloaf and they are 29 and 24.
Ihave made that second chicken casserole with the cream of soups for years, but I use the Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing. It is one of my top three comfort chicken casserole recipes ever! Wonder how cornbread stuffing would work in the meat loaf? Might need to try it. I prefer Pepperidge Farm stuffing over Stove Top.
For the meatloaf: saute the chopped onions (chop those onions really small) till they're brown and caramelized. Cool them down, then add to the meat. What a great taste!!!!! 😄🤓
For ease, you can caramelize the onions in a pyrex dish with a lid in the microwave. One chopped onion, tablespoon of butter, lid, aprox three minutes, no muss no fuss no stirring.
My Buddy knows when I open the drawer with the cheese in it!!! He's in the doorway of the kitchen waiting for me to put some on the floor for him!!! He LOVES his cheese!!!!! I use stuffing mix when I make meatloaf. I don't add anything else, just the stuffing. For 1 lb of beef, I use just a half a bag of Stove Top. I make mini loafs for me and my husband. He loves it this way. And sometimes I wrap bacon around them. No more using spices and egg. But if we were having company, I would use a whole bag with 2 lbs ground beef. It's simple and no fuss. And the taste is out of this world!!!! I am SSSOOOOO loving new recipes that are easy and delicious and simple. Thanks for making cooking easy!!!
@@MandyintheMaking I should tell you that, I've collected Betty Boop since the 1980's. I even have a Betty Boop tattoo that was my 40th birthday present. All my friends call me Betty Boop. Happy that I made you smile! Thanks for telling me about your sister's nickname. ❤

A couple things different my mom taught me years ago is that she puts some tomato sauce in with the meat when it’s mixed together, and the other is to add a some brown sugar to that ketchup & vinegar topping. Makes it even better!
Tip to consider for meatloaf: thoroughly mix all of the add-ins together in a separate bowl and then pour that over the meat. Mix together. It will combine everything evenly and easily.
I totally agree! I whisk the egg first, and then add in all of the ingredients and mix them fully BEFORE I incorporate my hamburger....it really makes quite a difference! I also bought a HUGE metal bowl from ROSS for I think $4....it does NOT fit in my sink at all for washing, but when it comes to mixing something like a double recipe of meatloaf, it is magical, and worth the extra work to wash it! Our current favorite recipe for meatloaf uses oatmeal...I will have to try subbing in stuffing instead! You really can't go wrong with stuffing.... 🥰
I love the cornbread stove top stuffing for several different recipes. My favorite tho is a chicken casserole with mixed vegetables and Parmesan shake cheese. When I make my stuffing I used chicken broth from cooking the chicken. It's amazing
Yes, Pepperidge Farm is so much better than the stove top stuffing. I make a sausage dressing using Pepperidge Farm that all my family love. I have been making this recipe probably for 30-plus years. Thanksgiving and Christmas every year.
This is going to sound over the top, but having a kitchen scale has been a game changer in my kitchen. Not just for baking, either. Hope you enjoy yours when you get it!
I love my scale. Two uses for it: to portion out meat, for recipes, for the freezer, and bulk cooked meat for quick meal prep. I always try to keep cooked meat, along with my raw meat, in the freezer. Tacos, chili, casseroles, etc, are a snap.
💗 my scale as well ~ besides the usual, I also use mine to weigh out 1/2 or 1/3 portions of various seasoning mix packets for when I'm cutting down a recipe size, which I do often as I'm single. The difference it makes from just '👁️balling' is surprising.
2:32 Pepperidge Farm we always used for thanksgiving dinner. These days it's hard to find along with the Brownberry brand. That was our go to when you couldn't get the Pepperidge Farm one. Looks like Gracie was keeping a piece for later on. It was cute seeing it on her ear!😅 Pepperidge Farm is definitely tops!
I picked up this stuffing at the grocery store last year after the holidays- it was .75 cents a BAG!! LOL- I am glad you posted these recipes! I have been using it instead of bread or crackers for my meatloaf and as a topping for homemade Mac and Cheese mixed with french fried onions. These 3 recipes will help with the last bag HAHAH and I can keep an eye out for when it hopefully goes on clearance again! Thanks again!
Mandy,I use the cream of celery when I make my sliced potatoes.. I sliced potatoes like I'm making scalloped potatoes.. I cut up an onion..spray the button of your pyrex dish and add a little water to your soup and layer the potatoes onions on top salt n pepper. Spoon soup over top and do the same again.. Bake at 350 until they are tender when checking with a fork..
I like Pepperidge Farms stuffing but I only see it in stores around Oct-Dec but most stores sell out because of holiday meals. Good stuff-all the varieties.
Mandy, I’ve been watching your videos for awhile. You’re my favorite cooking RUclipsr!! I’ve been writing your recipes down on note cards, and placing them in a recipe binder I bought off Amazon. I got a super nice one that I plan to pass down to my daughter when I’m too old to cook! I think she will appreciate having the recipes in my own handwriting with special notes written on the recipe cards. I always credit where I found the recipe on the upper right hand side of the recipe card. My secret meatloaf ingredient is SWEET relish. (Not hot relish, which looks just like the sweet red relish). It comes in a small jar, and in my grocery store it’s always on the top shelf over the green pickle relish. The amount used depends on the size of the meat loaf. I usually use between 1-2 tablespoons full. Also, I top my meatloaf with barbecue sauce. ❤❤❤ best wishes to you!
I have a Cookbook handed down from my Mom to me from my Grandmother. I lost my Grandma in 1999 when I was 13. It was hard for me cause her Memorial service was my FIRST DAY OF HIGH SCHOOL. So my Mom and I Relied on each other. My Mom is still around and LOVES my Cooking. I'm No Chef. I just follow recipes and put my Heart into it. My Mom and Hubby love it
I use cream of celery all the time because I don't' like cream of mushroom. Pepperidge farm stuffing over stove top any day. I love watching Gracie Lou she is so funny. I ordered your meatloaf pan and I love it. looking forward to making this meatloaf recipe. thank you for all the sharing you do.
That music that plays in the background will forever play in my head whenever I spill, drop or have difficulty in the kitchen and that’s pretty much everyday😂😂😂! I’ve always bought stuffing mix once a year( Thanksgiving) but these recipes are a game changer! Thanks again Mandy!
Oh, Mandy!!! I am coming to thank you for your Pollo Loco recipe. We made it tonight for dinner. My son said, " I really like this lady's cooking video she really knows how to cook." We have also tried the straight out of heaven casserole. When my kids beg me to add a recipe to the menu, it makes this mama's heart melt. Thank you for all that you do. We are sending our love from Georgia. Can't wait to try these stuffing recipe.
I get some excercise every day because often when your oven beeps I run into my kitchen to see what I forgot in my oven. I will be trying these for sure. Blessings! Also, when you scramble eggs in a bowl if there are any shells in there they will stick to the bowl when you pour it out.
Hi y'all! Mandy, it looked like part of the egg shell was bent back into the egg when you to get the escape shell. Make sure it is just the single layer of shell. It really does work. Also, crack one egg at a time just in case you have a bad egg. ❤ from Texas 🇨🇱
You’ve come a long way Mandy! From not really knowing how to cook to cooking until it “feels right”. That’s the sign of an experienced chef.I love your channel. I’ve tried many of your recipes and they are ALL delicious. Thank you for the these recipes especially because I love stuffing❤️
Your nana would say "do it 'til it feels right." My gram and Mom were great cooks. They had many recipes memorized through repetition and tweek to their own liking. Sometimes simply wing it and create dishes of their own that were amazingly good. I recently made a soup simply winging it from ingredients I had onhand. It was amazingly good! I don't have a recipe because it was a lot of this and a little of that - LOL. Enjoy watching your videos, seeing new recipes to inspire ways to create and tweek to one's liking.
I've always used stuffing mix when making ground chicken burgers... Just like with your meatloaf, substitute the stuffing mix for the breadcrumbs in your recipe. I normally add egg and onion, but you do you! They're really good!
I usually make chicken or turkey meatloaf with stuffing. Since there is no such thing as too much flavor: I sauté onion, peppers, shrooms and celery. Cool. Add to the meat mix. I make the stuffing by using the mix and chicken broth to desired consistency, then add to the meat. Sometimes I use Hawaiian marinade (pineapple flavor!) and use one less egg. Always serve cranberry sauce on the side. Leftovers if this meatloaf and some cranberry sauce makes one really delicious sandwich/sub the next day. Often instead of stuffing in my chicken/turkey burgers, I found Lipton golden onion mix SO yummy! And still sauté the above veggies to mix in the meat and the lawrys Hawaiian marinade. (Reg burgers I add A1 thick and hearty(?) instead of the Hawaiian). WE LOVE FLAVOR!!!!!
Mandy, another CU fan living in Greenville ate in Lake Lure YEARS ago and had stuffing mix wrapped with cube steak. Use broth to moisten stuffing and secure steak with a tooth pick. Then cook in pan until done. I make white gravy and serve over steak. Remember to remove toothpicks before serving! Go Tigers!
I love watching your videos. The recipes are always easy. But I have to say my favorite part of each video is your little furry cheese angel. She is precious.
Love your vlogs! You and your family are adorable! I never use Stove Top! Pepperidge Farm is always in my pantry. I use it for sausage stuffing as well as meatloaves, burgers, egg dishes, (crust for quiche, etc.), topping for mac and cheese, and coating for cutlets. Just put it in a food processor as a replacement for breadcrumbs. Keep posting, I'll keep watching! God Bless!
I found a recipe in a magazine a few years ago just like the Yum Yum Chicken (it was called Easy Chicken Bake) except you add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables to it. It reminds me of a Thanksgiving dinner and my family "gobbles" it up.
On top of my meat loaf I put a mix of ketchup, brown sugar and red wine vinegar and bake it on the whole time! Soooooo yummy 😋 and Mandy i ordered me a meatloaf pan like yours ❤🙌
Hi Mandy and Steven, just want to say that I make chicken bruschetta all the time. It is my daughter’s favorite dinner. Sometimes I put a Mexican twist on it and instead of the diced tomatoes I’ll use salsa and instead of mozzarella cheese I’ll use xtra sharp cheddar and then upon serving add a dollop of sour cream and maybe put a few tortilla chips on the side. When I do the Mexican version I also sometimes add frozen corn (or even better is a Mexican street corn version which is just corn, Mayo and elote seasoning from Trader Joe’s) right over the chicken before the cheese and then the stuffing/salsa goes on top. It is soooo yummy!
You can’t go wrong with using stuffing mix for recipes. Your cat loves cheese how cute. When my Great Dane was alive I couldn’t cook if she were in the room one time she grabbed a raw butterfly pork chop right off the counter so needless to say I went hungry that day 😂 thanks for posting these recipes I will be trying these.
Mandy, love watching you! Two things, the egg shell will return to the shell if you don’t mess with the egg first ! Lol . Meatloaf is so easy to mix up in the Kitchenaid with the dough hook.
Hi Mandy, I have been making a version of the yum yum chicken for years. My grandmother taught me. Boil chicken breast, shred them and then boil egg noodles in the water you boiled the chicken in. Add all the same sauce ingredients that you used to the noodles and some of the water you cooked it all in or some chicken broth. Place in your baking dish, add stuffing on top and pour the melted butter over. This has always been a favorite and a go to when needing a dish to share!
All 3 recipes look delicious Mandy! I look forward to trying them. My son recently moved into an apartment and I’m showing him your videos to help him learn how to cook . He made the Taco chicken recipe and loved it! Thanks! ❤ watching from Manitoba Canada
When I make meat loaf I use ground beef, ground turkey and mild Italian sausage. I sauté my onions first and then mix in chopped green bell pepper, chopped fresh parsley, a little tomato paste, the milk, salt and pepper. I mix all the ingredients separately and then put over the meat. I very gently mix everything together. I just mix enough to sort of mix everything together. The more you mix and pat, it makes the meatloaf tougher. Then for the topper I mix ketchup and mustard together. It’s so good! Love your videos and your husband and miss Gracie❤️💜🐈⬛😊
I make stuffed mushrooms with stuffing mix. They are yummy. I brown up some sage flavored Jimmy Dean sausage...or the original it doesn't really matter...and I add it to the stuffing mix. I make the stuffing as directed before adding the sausage.. then once i add the sausage i stuff the mushrooms with it. I'll add some cheese sometimes but honestly they good without it. I drizzle a little butter over them before I put them in the oven. Ugh now I need some they're yummy and a good quick easy appetizer
I just got home from my local Aldi, I went to get the turkey tenderloins you talked about in one of your videos. I had no idea they had turkey tenderloins Thank you, I got 2 one to make and one to freeze.
I love using stuffing mix to make meat loaf all sorts of ways. I can't wait to try recipe #1&2. Thank you for these. Just last week I made Salmon patties using can of salmon, cornbread stuffing mix as the filler and a little old bay seasoning along with the other common ingredients & spices. My husband who usually does not like salmon was pleasantly surprised. I made half the recipe in burger sized patties and the other into bite size. .
I like to make stuffing just using package directions then put it in my waffle maker. When it’s toasted in the waffle maker I top with cranberry sauce, rotisserie chicken and gravy.
Lately I've been doing cubed ham with either a can of green beans or a can of corn mixed with a box of stuffing mix and the water (or chicken broth) and butter called for on the box. I just mix it all together and bake it till cooked thru, probably 30 minutes. Sunday I made it in the crockpot and that worked great. I've taken the dish to a couple church potlucks recently and come home with an empty dish. It's especially delicious with leftover spiral ham!
Time to make comfort food 🥘!!! I agree with you!! How many times I made straight heaven casserole…we love ❤️ love that. Sooo easy to make 😊. Definitely make these as well and let you know how we like 👍🏼!!
Hi Mandy, thank you for sharing these amazing recipes, they all look delicious😋 My mom, may she RIP, always bought Pepperidge Farms stuffing, bagged and boxed, we all liked it more than Stovetop👍 Here’s a tip to help with egg shell pieces; to retrieve a fallen piece use a 1/2 of the shell, dip it in and the straggler will run to it for easy removal, it works for me every time👍 TYFS, I hope you have a blessed day my friend♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️
Don’t think I’ve ever seen the pepridge farm stuffing, I’ll keep an eye out! The second one looks like a fancy poppyseed chicken casserole, that’s going on the list this week!
I'm sooooo loving this video❣I just picked up a bag of Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix last night 😃😃😃❣ I've made all three recipes in the past and can vouch that they are all delish! So love you and your family, you make my day every video 🥰
Mandy you really need to get a kitchen scale. I love it when I need to only use a portion of what ever I am using. (I'm a Baker Not a Cooker LOL so I always go by the exact ingredients. also just unscrew the top of your garlic and then you can control it better. I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND YOUR FAMILY - GRACIE TOO!!
We like to buy the sliced deli turkey not sliced super thin but not really thick either. Then cook stovetop/pepperidge farm stuffing as directed on package. Take a slice of the turkey and place some of dressing in center and roll up kinda Luke you would an enchilada. Place in casserole dish. Pour jar of turkey gravy on top. Bake in oven till hot and bubbly. Serve it with mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. ALMOST taste like a Thanksgiving meal. Quick, easy, tasty and not very expensive all combined into one.
Love your recipes! Hubby & I were watching this video as we were eating lunch. He loves the idea of stuffing in a meatloaf! Also, the Yum Yum chicken, I add a can of Rotel, juice and all. Gives it a little kick! Blessings to you and your family! 💕🤗
My grandmama taught me that if you'll wet the tip of your finger before you stick it into the bowl, the egg shell will stick right to it. It's always worked for me. Good luck! Love all your videos. 😊
Mandy, my mother used to roll the meatloaf around the stuffing so that the middle was pure stuffing. She, of course, back then would make her own stuffing which was the bomb! My mother was such a master that at Passover she would use matzo (unleavened bread) to stuff her roasted chicken. I have tried many times to master the meatloaf roll and just never could do it!
Hello Sonia...we love the Jewish people and Israel and we're praying for the peace of Jerusalem...and so very sorry for the crimes against the Jewish people and Israel ❤love you all
Just began watching your channel a week ago and have already printed off three of the recipes you have shared. Love it so much!! Thank you for being so entertaining while you cook!
Hi Mandy, great recipes! Pepperidge farm is way better than stove top, but in my area pepperidge farm isn't always available, so stove top it is. Also, I've made the meatloaf with the stuffing mix and use a smoky/sweet bbq sauce and it's amazing. You should give it a try. 🤗
Oh gosh once again you shared some very delicious looking recipes, I have always loved that stuffing mix and to put it in a meatloaf is really interesting. Thanks so much Mandy, have a great day, sending love and hugs, bye! 😂🥰🤗😺😻💜💜
I love using stuffing instead of breadcrumbs in my meatloaf. I am going to have to see if they have Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix in Ontario as I have never seen it, but would love to try it! Definitely interested in all three recipes today, they looked delicious. Thank you so much Mandy, for sharing these with us. Have a nice week!😊❤
I've been watching you for 4+ years and don't regret subscribing. I've gotten so many delicious recipes from you and we've loved every recipe we've tried you’ve shared.
We prefer mini meatloaf, or cupcakes. I make our topping with Worcestershire, ketchup and a little brown sugar. I have to make extra sauce in the side because it’s so good!
Our favorite stuffing mix recipe is what my husband calls "Wedding Food" because we made this for our reception. The ingredients (in no particular order) are broccoli, pre-cooked chicken, stuffing mix and your preference of cream of soup. Layered and baked. 35 years later he still loves it. In fact we had it last week. And we use the stuffing from Aldi and I make my own cream of soup, so it's even better now. Thanks for this video. I will be making all of these in the near future.
Hi Ms. Mandy & Mr.Steve. a special hello to Ms. Cat. She reminds me of the we had when I was little he was solid gray . His favorite treat was crackers with butter(my Poppa said he was part dog😮) these recipes look so yummy now I need to go get more stuffing mix. Yes preprinted farms is better tasting but in a hurry it is good. I don't know if anyone would like this but I make a regular dressing-stuffing then get it mixed then stir in 1# of browned sausage, mix well then add a cup or 2 of chopped sauted greens( or boiled or how ever you want to cook them) You can make as small or large as you want. I thank you all for all of you comments Most of all Ms. Mandy and fellas thank you for letting us visit you home. 😊
The Yum Yum Chicken recipe you showed is almost the same as a casserole I make. The only difference is there’s only cream of chicken with sour cream, and instead of stuffing mix you crush a sleeve Ritz crackers on top and pour melted butter (no broth) over it. The buttery crisp of ritz crackers on top are my favorite part! I got the recipe online several years ago. I need to try this stuffing version.
Hey Mandy loved the stuffing recipes. I was watching a older video of yours the other day where Steve n tells the story about putting a snake in his pocket and his grandma finding it and sending him home squalling. Lol. I love it when Steven tells stories about his grandma.
I love the smell of stuffing being used in recipes. 😋 I love to make the chicken in the crockpot with cream of chicken soup, sour cream, broth and stuffing. Sounds like I'll have to make a switch to Pepperidge Farm stuffing instead of Stove top. 🙂 I have also enjoyed every recipe that I have tried of yours Mandy. I will definitely be making all 3 of these. Thanks for all you do 😊
Mandy have you ever had a leftover Thanksgiving turkey sandwich you used Duke's and cranberry sauce on the sandwich it's so good..If you haven't tried you should just once. :)
Yes Pep Farm always. For Thanksgiving I mix a pkg of the herb with a pkg of the cornbread version. Add sautéed onions, celery, chicken broth, garlic and whatever other yummies you like and bake . So delicious!
I would suggest that you could use a liquid measuring cup and add 6 oz into it. I think the Pepperidge Farm stuffing is better. I use it in my dressing with the cornbread plus other ingredients for Thanksgiving. Yum ❤
All I've ever used is the Classic Pepperidge Farm dressing mix. This is what I use at Thanksgiving for my Cornbread dressing. It's SOOO good! And as far as the Cream of Celery, I make "Chicken & Noodles" with it all the time. You just boil 8-10 chicken thighs in water with chicken bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, and Nature's seasoning for an hour. After chicken is done cooking, pick the chicken off the bones, shred, and set chicken aside. Whisk in 2 cans Cream of Chicken & 2 cans Cream of Celery to your chicken broth, bring to a boil, and add in 16oz of wide egg noodles and cook per package directions. When the noodles are done, you add your shredded chicken into pot and stir to combine. Remove from eye and let it thicken up some. It's SO easy and SO delicious! Not to mention SO comforting on cold nights ( I live in SC too ). An added bonus is that it's even better the next day! lol
Yummy yum yum! I love using stuffing mix in stuff! I have a meatball recipe that uses stuffing mix, ranch dressing, cheese & will need to find and upload to u Mandy. Thank u so much!
Instead of ketchup...I've used cream of mushroom soup as the topping. It also makes a great gravy with the fat drippings for the mashed potatoes. Thank me later. ❤
We love Pepperidge Farm stuffing and our family has used it since I was a child. We love it! Pepperidge Farm makes the classic style as well as the cubed style of stuffing mix. When I stuff a turkey or use it for other dishes I use half cubed and half classic. It comes out great!
Baked cornbread stuffing loaf with roasted pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes, with chicken broth ....... then the next morning make thick slices of toast with good butter...YUMMY
Actually in Spain at least stuffing is extremly hard to find and if you do on amazon super expensive. Same as cream of...etc. all ready things. I miss them :/ they would make life faster and easier
Great video, Mandy! I love that you used Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix. I've been using that brand for about 35 years now and love it now as much as I did the first time I tasted it. I only use the cornbread stuffing. Unfortunately, the only time it's available in my area is just before Thanksgiving and it vanishes from the shelves just after Christmas. I really appreciate having a couple of new recipes to try. Thanks for sharing!
Does anyone else hit the “like” button even before the video gets 1 minute in?
Thank you!

For sure. Pepperidge Farm is excellent in meatloaf.
That's a cool dude, cooking like that vs hitting pizza every nite!
Funny, I already make 2 of the recipes with a little revision. The chicken with the cream soups: we put zucchini in it and mix it all up. Wonder how cornbread stuffing would work in the meat loaf? Might need to try it. I prefer Pepperidge Farm stuffing over Stove Top.
Been making the chicken dressing casserole for many yrs and love it, of course only using Pepperidge Farms stuffing. Soo easy and soo good 😊
For the meatloaf: saute the chopped onions (chop those onions really small) till they're brown and caramelized. Cool them down, then add to the meat. What a great taste!!!!! 😄🤓
Agreed!!!!
Yup
For ease, you can caramelize the onions in a pyrex dish with a lid in the microwave. One chopped onion, tablespoon of butter, lid, aprox three minutes, no muss no fuss no stirring.

A couple things different my mom taught me years ago is that she puts some tomato sauce in with the meat when it’s mixed together, and the other is to add a some brown sugar to that ketchup & vinegar topping. Makes it even better!
Yup
I always add brown sugar to mine too, plus a splash of Worcestershire sauce!
@@rls2348 yes! I forgot my mom adds Worcestershire sauce as well. Thank you for that reminder! It is such a delicious “glaze” for meatloaf!
Add a little ginger and nutmeg to the above . It’s delicious.
Tip to consider for meatloaf: thoroughly mix all of the add-ins together in a separate bowl and then pour that over the meat. Mix together. It will combine everything evenly and easily.
Good tip. Thanks

Pepperidge Farm stuffing- most definitely! I'm 70 years old and I have been eating it my entire life! It's not Thanksgiving without it.
I agree! I use my scale very often.
I love my scale. Two uses for it: to portion out meat, for recipes, for the freezer, and bulk cooked meat for quick meal prep. I always try to keep cooked meat, along with my raw meat, in the freezer. Tacos, chili, casseroles, etc, are a snap.
@@heathersmeather I do the same!
My Mom and Hubby love it
I also add brown sugar to my catsup and vinegar for the meatloaf topping. So good.
Thank you Sharon!
You can also use wet fingers.
@MandyintheMaking yes it has worked surprisingly well for me.
Thanks Mandy for all your great recepies. My husband says thank you too. I hated to cook until I started watching you.
Go Tigers!
Yum yum YUM! Thank you all so much ❤
I love watching your videos.
God Bless!
unique
unique: i took corn bread mixture and added stuffing mix and added left over cooked turkey. baked. chicken works well, too.
I found a recipe in a magazine a few years ago just like the Yum Yum Chicken (it was called Easy Chicken Bake) except you add a bag of frozen mixed vegetables to it. It reminds me of a Thanksgiving dinner and my family "gobbles" it up.
Sounds delicious!❤
I love stuffing, I usually serve cranberry sauce on the side. A jello lime salad is good, too. Like a quick Thanksgiving almost.
I just got home from my local Aldi, I went to get the turkey tenderloins you talked about in one of your videos. I had no idea they had turkey tenderloins
Thank you, I got 2 one to make and one to freeze.
Greetings from Naples, Florida. Oh, my, they all look so delicious. Great presentation. Thanks so much for sharing with us, have a great week. 👍💯
Time to make comfort food 🥘!!! I agree with you!!
How many times I made straight heaven casserole…we love ❤️ love that.
Sooo easy to make 😊.
Definitely make these as well and let you know how we like 👍🏼!!
I have never used stuffing mix in recipes but have ordered some to try these recipes. Hi from Scotland xx
When I make meatloaf, I mix the ketchup with BBQ sauce. I use Sweet Baby Ray's sweet and spicy BBQ sauce. My family loves it.
Pepperidge stuffing is above the rest. That is what I use. 😊❤
LOL! I swear your oven sounded just like my Whirlpool! I even got up to check it. What a goober!!
Love these, something so comforting about these meals on a chilly night. 😋
That is awesome! And thank you for your kind words!! :)
@@MandyintheMakingI SAVE All your Recipes for future reference when i get my KITCHEN BACK!!!
Its in the Low 80s in New Orleans
Mandy you really need to get a kitchen scale. I love it when I need to only use a portion of what ever I am using. (I'm a Baker Not a Cooker LOL so I always go by the exact ingredients. also just unscrew the top of your garlic and then you can control it better. I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND YOUR FAMILY - GRACIE TOO!!
Planning to do this same video next week and try a stuffing meatloaf! It sounds so good!
Mandy,. Pepperidge Farm is the only way to go!! Love it!! Your meal looks delicious!! Thank you for all your great recipes!!! Happy Cooking!! Laurie
Thanks so much!! And yes, I don't think I'll ever buy Stove Top again!
She is the prettiest cat ive ever see.
Love watching you and your family, especially the furbaby! Thank you for sharing!
Yes, Pepperidge Farm is superior to StoveTop.
Right?!?
We have only ever used Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix !!
@@MandyintheMakingI also got the Pepperidge Farm Stuffing at Sam's the first time!!
I can’t wait to try that first recipe and now I need to go buy Pepperidge Farm stuffing!!!
Does Walmart sell Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix?
I got the yum yum chicken recipe from a good friend about 15 years ago and we still enjoying it often. We love it!

Ever stuff it with ricotta five cheese stuffing? Positively magnificent
@@dr.m.l.s6571 No! should try that!
Mandy, a spoon works great to get a shell out after you crack an egg. My Grandma taught me that🥰
Just began watching your channel a week ago and have already printed off three of the recipes you have shared. Love it so much!! Thank you for being so entertaining while you cook!
Mandy I love watching your videos you are such a blessing to us all. 💖
Sounds great!
I use stove top cornbread stuffing to make salmon patties. It has all the ingredients in it and I use the crabcake recipe on the box. I love them.
I've been watching you for 4+ years and don't regret subscribing. I've gotten so many delicious recipes from you and we've loved every recipe we've tried you’ve shared.
Thank you Alma! :) So glad you are here.
@@MandyintheMaking you're welcome, sweet friend. Me too.
Hey Alma and Tony ❤️
@@robylove9190 hey Roby. How are you doing today?!
I will be making all of these in the near future.
oooh, I may have to try this one. thank you
Ah yes! Definitely try it this way to change it up a bit!
Thanks for all you do 😊
Thank you Lisa! Yes, definitely give Pepperidge Farm a try! It's a drastic difference!
@@MandyintheMaking you're welcome! 🙂 I will definitely give the new stuffing a try.
I wonder if a can of rotel with green chilies would work in the chicken bruschetta bake?
😂 Lol! It Is So Hard to get egg shell bits out! I struggle with that on the regular. I love how you keep it real.
Great recipes Miss Mandy 😊❤
Mandy have you ever had a leftover Thanksgiving turkey sandwich you used Duke's and cranberry sauce on the sandwich it's so good..If you haven't tried you should just once. :)
The best thing I saw here today was putting stuffing mix into the meatloaf. It's going in the next one I make. Thanks for the idea!
Yes Pep Farm always. For Thanksgiving I mix a pkg of the herb with a pkg of the cornbread version. Add sautéed onions, celery, chicken broth, garlic and whatever other yummies you like and bake . So delicious!
Sounds like our family recipe! ❤
Mine too except I bake a 9x12 of cornbread and mix that with a blue bag of Pep Farm. @@diva63
Pepperidge Farms hands down! Best dressing in the world! My Moma always used it.
I would suggest that you could use a liquid measuring cup and add 6 oz into it. I think the Pepperidge Farm stuffing is better. I use it in my dressing with the cornbread plus other ingredients for Thanksgiving. Yum ❤
I don't think 4 liquid Oz is the same as 3 Oz of weight. 3oz of feathers would be alot more volume then 3 Oz of rock for example measured on a scale
I meant to say 3 liquid oz
An added bonus is that it's even better the next day! lol
Oh nice!!! I love that! Will you submit that as a Subbie Supper?
Of course! It's GREAT!! And I always make this much b/c you will have plenty for leftovers and it freezes great! @@MandyintheMaking
My goodness Mandy, unless you loose a big peice of shell no one will know in a meatloaf. Oh the struggle, I felt ya.
My thoughts exactly. But she’s on camera so it was cute to watch and we have ALL fished them out.
That actually sounds VERY TASTY
Good idea, thank you. I can not eat tomatoes.
We love Pepperidge Farm stuffing and our family has used it since I was a child. We love it! Pepperidge Farm makes the classic style as well as the cubed style of stuffing mix. When I stuff a turkey or use it for other dishes I use half cubed and half classic. It comes out great!
I use stuffing mix in my burgers
Nice! Never thought to do that!
@@MandyintheMaking makes them juicy
Baked cornbread stuffing loaf with roasted pine nuts and sun-dried tomatoes, with chicken broth ....... then the next morning make thick slices of toast with good butter...YUMMY
The trick with the minced garlic spewing out is unscrew the lid a little to release the pressure and usually it fixes that problem
Add a couple Tbs of brow sugar and a Tbs of liquid smoke to the sauce. It’s so amazing! I own a deli and my meat loaf sells out every time
Pepperidge Farm is all we ever used. Stove top is all chemicals and salt it’s actually banned in Europe.
WOW! Didn't know that!
Actually in Spain at least stuffing is extremly hard to find and if you do on amazon super expensive. Same as cream of...etc. all ready things. I miss them :/ they would make life faster and easier
Yes coffee mate and pop tarts too I read whole list of things we use all the time. 😮
Pepperidge stuffing mix is the best
Pepperidge Farm can be made on the stove top though
Great video, Mandy! I love that you used Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix. I've been using that brand for about 35 years now and love it now as much as I did the first time I tasted it. I only use the cornbread stuffing. Unfortunately, the only time it's available in my area is just before Thanksgiving and it vanishes from the shelves just after Christmas. I really appreciate having a couple of new recipes to try. Thanks for sharing!
