Hey y'all! For those of you who haven't seen the update on Gracie Lou... she's doing much better. She had a pretty severe UTI, but they gave her an antibiotic shot and she's doing SO much better!
That's awesome! I know the relentless worrying you all was feeling. We lost our calico baby girl in 2021. They may not be human babies, but they are our furbabies!
We love the baked potato slices. We've learned ... the hard way ... once they're roasted, push them all together and then sprinkle your stuff on. Not so much falls off onto the baking sheet and you don't have to work so hard to get stuff right on them and make it stay. Hi Gracie! She must be feeling so much better, as she's very vocal with you today.
Sour cream tip: after using the sour cream if you smooth it out on top then the next time you go to use it you will not have any liquid on top. It’s awesome. Love your videos

The Honey roasted potato recipe would be good with sweet potatoes also. That was funny when you and Steven were trying the mashed potatoes and you both said hummm and then HUMMM at the same time. Wonderful video as usual and God bless you both!

So glad your fur baby is doing better. Our pets become beloved members of our families and we love them so much!! We had to say goodbye to two of our senior dogs, both in the last 6 months. So heartbreaking. I’m so glad Gracie Lou is doing well. She is adorable!

I do low carb. I use turnip roots (which I would never eat before) in place of taters. You can't tell the difference. I am going to try with these. May Jesus continue to bless you and your family

The diced potatoes like you just did but you leave them sliced like the first recipe and coat them with the garlic butter you get with your pizza and bake them. So good!
I’ve made potatoes a lot of different ways. But my two favorite types are mashed potatoes with cream cheese and dill weed. Mashed potatoes with cream cheese fried onions bacon that’s the best!

I love the idea of these flavored mashed potatoes, however, if I’m having Thanksgiving dinner, I would want straight up mashed potatoes to put my gravy on. Great to see that the little one is doing well. Anytime you're using a powdered item, like the ranch seas., tilt the container. Then tap it to have more control where it goes, and how much you use. Especially good for poultry seasoning, that can go from, "that tastes really good", to "UGH! too much", in 1/2 a second.

The baked potato slice I've been doing for years but differently. We always bake extra potatoes and save them for the next day. Slice them while cold then fry them in the bacon grease. After you top them just slide them under the broiler until cheese melts and starts to brown.
I will probably end up making all 3 eventually. I gotta get some honey. I'll have to make the one the long way cause I'm probably the only one on the planet that don't have an air fryer. So great to see Gracie Lou feeling better.❤️

One day, just experimenting, I mixed up in a bowl: mayo, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Salad Supreme and parmesan. I added 2 unpeeled but scrubbed, dried and cubed potatoes, stirred and put them in the air fryer for 20 minutes. Holy moley, they were good. I've made them several more times. Worth the repeat.

That mashed potato casserole looks delicious, will be trying out. I do twice baked potatoes but I cheat and use the microwave, much quicker. I use my pampered chef steamer, cut my potatoes in half, microwave for 10 - 15 minutes. I cut around the skin, mash your potatoes (I make a couple of extra for more filling 😎). Mash with milk, butter and grated cheese, season to taste. Put your skins in a baking dish, fill skins with mashed potatoes, heat in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. I usually do them in the morning and place in the fridge until supper time and heat. Great video and very happy to see sweet Gracie 💕💕💕
I've been making the cheesy bacon potatoes for years, I found slicing the potatoe horizontal you get a bigger piece and less waste on the bacon and cheese in the pan. for parties I have precooked the potatoes much easier in the end. Thanks for update on Gracie. Tell Steven sampling is required just not burning your mouth... lol
Ive been making the sliced potato appetizers for a long while. I add sour cream to the top, then the onions. I also cook mine in air fryer. So glad gracie is doing good.

I have been making this take on potato skins for years. I usually bake some potatoes in the microwave then slice them after they cool a little then quick fry them in my bacon grease, place them on a cookie sheet sprinkle with salt and pepper then add my shredded cheese and bacon pieces until cheese finishes melting and serve with a little green onion and sour cream on top.
I’m trying the air fried honey bacon potatoes. I’m going to split the amount and to one half Im going to add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Air fry in two separate batches. I’ll check back in to let you know if there’s pepper flakes work with it.
I will parboil thick potato slices, oil and then grill. Then top like a potato skin. So good! The grill adds a good Smokey flavor. You have to make sure you get your fair share 🥰
I make the sliced potato dish, except I make it with waffle cut potatoes. I cover the whole cookie sheet with them. Once they have a crisp add cheese and bacon then return to oven till melted. Add green onion and jalapeno peppers (optional). Serve with fresh ranch dressing to dip in. It is like a plate of potato nachos. Hacienda restaurant serves them but they call them Fri-Yi-Yi.

I make the sliced potato dish, except I make it with waffle cut potatoes. I cover the whole cookie sheet with them. Once they have a crisp add cheese and bacon then return to oven till melted. Add green onion and jalapeno peppers (optional). Serve with fresh ranch dressing to dip in. It is like a plate of potato nachos. Hacienda restaurant serves them but they call them Fri-Yi-Yi.
