We've been boating on TRL for 40 yrs. Kids grew up there each summer (Grandparents Mom and Pop resort). We first knew what part of the Lake we wanted to build on from the water. We always enjoy(ed) the White River portion of the Lake rather that the very busy water further east (Indian Point area). So, when we were boating we would always point to this one bluff off Point 17 and say how much we wanted to live there. And, that's where we bought our lot. Just broke ground April 14th 2021 so our build is now in process and so exciting. We also wanted to be close enough for a bluff overlook and a golf cart ride to the community dock. Perfect.
I am so excited for you and your family! It is so important to spend time on the lake and in the area do you can figure out exactly what you want and don't want! Great work finding your perfect spot!
