Inventory still seems pretty low. What’s your assessment of Branson? When is the market going to drop a bit?
Hi Steve, yes inventory is still low, and thats why our prices have not dropped drastically. The good ones go fast, while the outated and slightly overpriced sit on the market. I am seeing lots of price reductions but only by 5-10k or so. Buyers are done with buying something that needs repairs and updates..thanks for your comment! :)
