Kaptin Bluddflag is so cool. Its so obvious they put SO MUCH love into the orks, and totally neglected the IG. Compare Kaptain Bluddflag to the force commander of the Imperial Guard, which I cant even remember the name of. I cant remember because hes so unremarkable and boring. All their love went into the orks.

He sounds a lot like the Trolls from Sierra's version of "The Hobbit." Could be the same voice actor...then again, he also sounds like the Penguin from the "Arkham Asylum" games.
Listen to how he says "Hit em hard enough, and Eldars turn ta pyeste!" Turning the "ei" sound into "ye" is characteristic of Geordie accents to me. It's also heard in a line where he says "Myeks for betta' lootin'!" A good example of another Geordie is Davos Seaworth in Game of Thrones. "Lord Varys knows what you had for breakfast three dyes ago."
