    What a complete waste of time... he says to try to use anxiety constructively, get enough sleep and exercise, anxiety is more common now, and that drugs have upsides and bad sides.. thanks Doc, how profoundly insightful you are... 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
