I installed this about 6 months ago and I love the way it looks. The instructions need to be better especially when it comes to installing the fog lights. No room to get your hands in there so you have to be creative. Also, the bolts attaching it to the Jeep frame had to be rethreaded as the threads were corrupted by metal slag. No fog light extension needed.

Did they update/improve the paint product they use? Myself and many others have experienced the horrible rust issue with this bumper. It started rusting after only a year or two and now 6 years later it's more rust than paint. Every spring I sand treat and repaint the bumper to try an make it last. Quote to re-powder coat was as much as just buying a new one.
I just got this bumper and the bolts to secure the fog light brackets are very tight, the hole is threaded so no nut is required on the backside, but I can't not get the bolt to screw in very far. I am about to hit a hardware store for a smaller bolt with a nut or what?
Did getting a smaller bolt work for you?
@@coltonmerritt8714 No. I used zip ties and I have had zero issues.
I am having the same issue! Tried for a long time last night to get them screwed in.
