It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. All your strength training classes r just amazing one can easily lose weight without losing any money n get toned just by following ur exercises..ur just an amazing trainer..
ive been doing this workout since may and it made me officially loose 20lbs. i did it while being in a deficit and also going for walks. this is always my go to video. just remember to not be too hard on yourself when youre starting. the first time i did this i couldnt to the second set but now i can do them all easily. i also do it when i wake up just to wake my system up.
I love how Joanna keeps motivating and giving tips for me during the workout. Easy , suitable for beginners. I lost 6 kg, just by doing this workout and other cardio workouts. Thank you Joanna ❤
I’m going to try running to lose weight and interval strength training, running 3 days a week and following this video 2 days a week for strength training! I hope this helps me :)
Mina Zahid hey can I ask how this is going for you? I’m trying to do the same but idk if it will work or not as some people say that mixing cardio with anaerobic doesn’t work? 💖
This workout got me so toned really fast. Did it twice a week during covid when gyms were closed. My go to exercise vid when I’m lazy to go to the gym.
U were the first youtuber i started following for workouts when u used to film them in you apartment but i lost track after i experienced depression for sometime but today i tried this n felt really good...n remembered my the day i did my first workout with you!!
Hi Joanna i m from India. I started ur strength training no weights.. From last 2 months. Is is very good . i feel my self amazing.. And I can feel difference my body started toning. Thanks for ur workouts...
Great workout! This my first strength training workout. It wasn't easy, but I got through the entire video with no breaks except for a couple of random ads that came up. For anyone that's curious, my watch says I burned about 150 calories during this workout (I'm 5'3" and about 140 lbs)
I started on Feb all Joanna's workout and now am slim and my neighbors get jealous of me thanks you so much I will continue all of your workout 😫😫😫 it's pain but I have to do it
I have been Joanna's workouts 4 days a week....had to cut 5 days because of joint issues but I was weighing exactly 183lbs when I started I am now at 150lbs and for some reason I am stuck....don't know why but I am consistent with Joanna's workouts and I eat clean 99% of the time. Thank you Joanna's I trying to be as strong as you girl😅
That's so great to hear! Good job! I cant wait to get these same results! This plateau is very normal based on all the research I have read. This is just my opinion and based on again, what I have read throughout the years. 🙂 They say at this point you have to re-evaluate your calorie intake, as in reduce it a few hundred calories , you are smaller now and don't need as many calories as you did at 183. By doing this you should begin to drop again....when and if you lose another 15-20 you will probably have to reduce another 100. Make sense? When you get to your ideal weight your body should self regulate, but obviously by following a healthy diet. OR if you already have a strict caloric intake, add 10 minutes to your cardio!! Good Luck!
If anyone did this, could you please answer a few of my questions 1) How many times a week did you do this workout? 2) Did you do any HIIT/Cardio on other days? 3) How long did it take for you to see results? 4) Did you lose or gain weight? 5)Did your body look more toned or did you somehow bulk up and look more muscly

Everytime Joanna mentioned "my favorite workout" we all know that will be the hard movement 😂😂 Thank you for all your videos, Joanna, I've lost 20 pounds so far!
It is so nice to get back to exercising again and strong to handle this workout. Hurrah💪💪 i was sweating so much even though it is 7 degrees in London.
Hey guys! Can you help me out? I’m planning to buy my first set of dumbbells. I initially thought of signing up for a gym membership but I remembered Joanna having strength training videos. I am 5’3 and weighing at 125-126 lbs. I am hoping to lose fat and build muscles. What weight of dumbbell do you guys suggest me buying? Thanks in advance! Much love!

Hi Joana. I love your workouts. You are simply the best. Please can you do a longer workout say 45mins or even 60mins please. It's a special request. All the way from Nigeria
@@Aarathi96 I did my workout five times a week. Basically, I followed Joanna's total body workout at gym. I did one particular workout for 4 weeks, then changed to new one for another four weeks. I wrote down my journey here if you want to read 10beets.com/10-ultimate-keys-to-lose-weight-fast/
Day 1(22/01): I’m out breath but I pushed through wasn’t as bad as I thought. But I had to pause a few times. Day 2(24/01): I skipped a day cuz i had to travel. it went smooth, but then when i woke next morning. i stretched and i think i pulled a muscle in my neck or something, so it hurts to move it. I will start again, when it heals :D
i am going to do this and i will update how it does. i know cardio isn’t the only way you can loose weight so i would love to add strength training to help tone my body
Hi Joanna . I am from India.. I love all ur videos... And I started doing all Strength, cardio and core exercise.. for 30 min.. every day.. Do u think Banana diet is good for Health?
Hey Joanna I am from India.. I really love ur animal circuit workout and 4 weeks abs workout 😋😊😍 U uploaded so many videos for back fat too but I don't have weights and also I am not able to do push ups So not able to follow those videos Please upload new videos for shredding back fat (specially upper back fat ) just like animal circuit u uploaded I really love that 😍
Hey Joannah.. I love to watch your videos and i also do some your sessions now I am thinking about joining some classes for weightloss and fitness but my concern is that I am having PCOS so I am bit confused between yoga and gym i dont know which would be better for me I am a student so basically i dont get enough time also so please suggest me what to do help my body to become fit..!!
You can do both. I am in the same boat as you (PCOS, and all) and you can alternate between strength training and yoga easily in the week. I understand the time concern but you just have to make the time..no other alternatives there though.
It's okay if you just do the strength training. I stopped yoga and am just doing workouts which includes weight training and Cardio. Well, my PCOS is fine now. You can chug out the menstrual days and give yourself a rest during 'that time' of the month.
Just done this workout as part of a challenge for myself during this lockdown. The intention is to do it daily for the next 3 weeks and hopefully adopt it as part of a healthy lifestyle. This will be my journal recording each day. Day 1: 64.7 kg Workout: Did this workout in the morning, 500 abs challenge in the evening. It was a torture, showed me how unfit I am. I'd say I've done about 70% of it. Day 2: 64.5 kg Workout: this workout + 500 abs challenge. felt worse than yesterday. My body was sore and stiff. But I sweated more than day 1 Day 3: 64.3 kg. Workout: start with 500 jump rope then do this workout in the morning. Day 4: 65.4 kg, how😱. Ok, I know it's because I sort of ate my feelings yesterday because I felt bored, thanks lockdown. Workout: 600 jump ropes and this workout. Am getting better and better. Day 5: did not weigh or exercise. Day 6: 64.8kg. Workout: morning -- 500 jump rope, this workout and 10 min standing ABS workout and 20 min full body stretch (trying to make up for the day lost of no exercise) Day 7: 65.3kg Workout: morning 500 jump rope, did some gardening whichbfelt like workout, did not do this workout but moved on to her 30 min strength training fat blaster. Evening did the 30 min strength training again. Also I ate a lot today, don't know if it's boredom or stress😔. I must try to fast for a couple of days just to reset my body. Will be a challenge fasting though as am home 24/7 because of the lockdown. Day 8: 65.6kg Workout: morning 30 min strength training fat blaster. No breakfast. Evening 30 min strength training fat blaster. I ate a big lunch, no dinner. Day 9: 65.9kg. Am actually gaining weight and confused, is it muscle? I am thinking of fasting but being home makes it difficult, so much temptation especially for a mother and wife who still has to cook for her family. Workout: 30 min strength training fat blaster and 150 20kg deadlifts, all in the morning. Evening I did the 30 min strength training and 100 20kg deadlifts. Day 10: 65.8kg It seems am consistent with the weight gain and not losing. I'm told it could be muscle gain. I can see that my tummy has gone down, it's just the scale that's not looking good. Workout: today is Sunday, my rest day. Day 11: 65.5kg Workout: morning 100 deadlifts and 30 min strength training fat blaster. Will also do some chores. Day 12: 65.1kg Workout: 30 min strength training fat blaster and 100 20kg deadlifts. Did not feel good working out this morning as I did not have enough sleep the night before. But I can definitely see the difference in my tummy 😊 Day 13: 65.1kg. Weight seems to be consistent on the scale but I see the difference in my body 😊. Workout 30 min strength training fat and 110 of 20kg deadlifts. Day 14: 65.4kg. Maybe I should stay away from the scale as the numbers do not match what I see when looking at the mirror. Workout: 30 min strength training fat blaster and 100 20kg deadlifts. I was feeling a bit weak today, like I didn't get enough sleep so it was difficult doing the workout. Day 15 to 17: did not workout or weigh. Was not feeling good these past days. Day 18: 65.0kg Workout: 30 min strength training fat blaster, 500 abs challenge (but have done about 250), 120 20kg deadlifts. Day 19: did not workout or weigh. Ha unexpected visitors I had to take care of. Day 20: 63.5kg. Seems my weight is going down, can see some definition of abs😊. Workout: it's still the morning. I don't feel so good, haven't been sleeping well these past days. I will see how I feel as the day goes by. Will hopefully exercise in the evening. Day 24: 64.5kg. Was not working out these past days, started again today. Had an unplanned visit from MIL as she visited due to not feeling well. Workout: 500 abs challenge, 30 min strength training fat blaster and 100 20kg deadlifts.
@@asmaarifaat2590 oh hi. I just see your msg now. I haven't been updating here or exercising as much, I think the lockdown has got me stressed out and maybe a bit depressed such that I don't have the energy to exercise or so anything really. Anyway sorry am rambling. On a good day I start with her 500 abs challenge and do this exercise in the morning and some deadlifts, all in the morning. I don't eat breakfast. I was on OMAD before the lockdown but since I've been home I eat lunch, snacks and dinner. The workouts really do work, they just require discipline and commitment. My weight has went up again since I've stopped working out but my tummy is still not going up to what it was before even with me not exercising
Before: I'm 5 ft (152 cm) tall, and weigh ~150 lbs (~68.03 kilograms). Reason for starting to workout: I bought two skirts, but they run small and I want to fit into them lol (I'd also like to lose some belly flab). Hopefully, I'll update this comment with progress daily... we'll see Day 1: (March 1, 2022) I made it about 13 minutes through the video and had to stop. I was using 3 lbs dumbbells. Day 2: (March 2, 2022) I decided to ride the peloton today because my everything is screaming at me. Tomorrow is a rest day.

It's a amazing workout I'm doing since 2 weeks but at night it's very difficult to sleep due to body pain
Can you mention how many days a week can this be done what foods can be taken
Its better to do 2 days a week for beginners ..an all week strength training is too much for beginners
You should do strength training only 2 to 3 times a week...Also are you taking protien enriched food after your workout ?
Everytime Joanna mentioned "my favorite workout" we all know that will be the hard movement 😂😂
Thank you for all your videos, Joanna, I've lost 20 pounds so far!
Much love!
It’s only 20+ minutes but I’m sweating a LOT. Love this 🔥🔥🔥

Hahaha!! Do check out my other workout videos on my channel. Some are more than 45 mins long. 😘😘
I have been following your workouts for 4 months and lost 14 kgs. Thanks so much. You are incredibly amazing. Sending love from Cambodia.
Hey - how many times a week did you workout? And which ones? Also - did you diet?
@@Aarathi96 I did my workout five times a week. Basically, I followed Joanna's total body workout at gym. I did one particular workout for 4 weeks, then changed to new one for another four weeks. I wrote down my journey here if you want to read 10beets.com/10-ultimate-keys-to-lose-weight-fast/
@@solisoupreap946 hey. Can you please share the link of the workout you followed.

Life of a mom: my son woke up early from his nap and I had to change a poop diaper during the 1 minute break 😂.
Hahahaha thats cute...Your son will encourage you to do the second set
Ok
Same situation
Oh God..... That's my story as well 😂
you're doing great mummy!
Thanks a lot... this type of exercise will sure lose our weight....
i cant tell if this is sarcastic or not lol
Day 1(22/01): I’m out breath but I pushed through wasn’t as bad as I thought. But I had to pause a few times.
Day 2(24/01): I skipped a day cuz i had to travel. it went smooth, but then when i woke next morning. i stretched and i think i pulled a muscle in my neck or something, so it hurts to move it. I will start again, when it heals :D
Dumbell weight
i am going to do this and i will update how it does. i know cardio isn’t the only way you can loose weight so i would love to add strength training to help tone my body

Hey Joanna
I am from India..
I really love ur animal circuit workout and 4 weeks abs workout 😋😊😍
U uploaded so many videos for back fat too but I don't have weights and also I am not able to do push ups
So not able to follow those videos
Please upload new videos for shredding back fat (specially upper back fat ) just like animal circuit u uploaded
I really love that 😍
Loving all your work out.. I’m new subscriber.. 💪🙌🏻💜
Love your strength training videos! Thanks Jo
You are most welcome Elisabetta. And I love filming them and working out with all of you 💪💪
Great routine, Joanna! Thanks so much!
Thank you for your expertise!!
Werde ich auf jeden Fall ausprobieren 😀
Supplements help too❤
❤️ 😍 💖 thank you Joana for pushing us to our limits
Great workout. I felt the burn 💪
Hey Joanna.. Love from Bangladesh ❤
Me tooo...
Wow today I done this excercise really 👍🏻 good
Can you do a similar video but for people with knee joint problem
Hi Asad, thanks for the suggestion. Perhaps you can also try to follow this workout, but remove the high impact cardio movements. =)
@@joannasohofficial thanks
Great warm up stretches 💛💛💛
This was a great workout! I feel so powerful! Thank you :)
This was one was awesome!!! I was sweating buckets!!
Ohhhh yeahhhh.!! SWEAT guaranteed!!! 💪💪
I LOVE your workouts - but I'm wondering what we can do about the really inconveniently timed ads?
Just done this workout as part of a challenge for myself during this lockdown. The intention is to do it daily for the next 3 weeks and hopefully adopt it as part of a healthy lifestyle. This will be my journal recording each day.
Day 1: 64.7 kg
Workout: Did this workout in the morning, 500 abs challenge in the evening. It was a torture, showed me how unfit I am. I'd say I've done about 70% of it.
Day 2: 64.5 kg
Workout: this workout + 500 abs challenge. felt worse than yesterday. My body was sore and stiff. But I sweated more than day 1
Day 3: 64.3 kg.
Workout: morning -- 500 jump rope, this workout and 10 min standing ABS workout and 20 min full body stretch (trying to make up for the day lost of no exercise)
Day 7: 65.3kg
Workout: morning 500 jump rope, did some gardening whichbfelt like workout, did not do this workout but moved on to her 30 min strength training fat blaster. Evening did the 30 min strength training again. Also I ate a lot today, don't know if it's boredom or stress😔. I must try to fast for a couple of days just to reset my body. Will be a challenge fasting though as am home 24/7 because of the lockdown.
Day 8: 65.6kg
Workout: morning 30 min strength training fat blaster.
Day 10: 65.8kg
It seems am consistent with the weight gain and not losing. I'm told it could be muscle gain. I can see that my tummy has gone down, it's just the scale that's not looking good.
Workout: today is Sunday, my rest day.
Day 11: 65.5kg
Workout: morning 100 deadlifts and 30 min strength training fat blaster. Will also do some chores.
Day 12: 65.1kg
Workout: 30 min strength training fat blaster and 100 20kg deadlifts. Did not feel good working out this morning as I did not have enough sleep the night before. But I can definitely see the difference in my tummy 😊
Day 13: 65.1kg.
Day 18: 65.0kg
Workout: 30 min strength training fat blaster, 500 abs challenge (but have done about 250), 120 20kg deadlifts.
Congrats 🥳 btw what other workouts other than this one did u do ?
Thank you for this. Very helpful
Hi Joanna, I enjoy and feel empowered watching this video. I’m curious if these are also applicable for those who have shoulder and ankle injuries?
done🥵🥵💪💪I'm absolutely sweaty and hair messy just like u🔥burning.almost 50min 150calorie
Yaayyyy after a long time
Great workout ! Thank you Joanna !
Before: I'm 5 ft (152 cm) tall, and weigh ~150 lbs (~68.03 kilograms). Reason for starting to workout: I bought two skirts, but they run small and I want to fit into them lol (I'd also like to lose some belly flab). Hopefully, I'll update this comment with progress daily... we'll see
Day 1: (March 1, 2022) I made it about 13 minutes through the video and had to stop. I was using 3 lbs dumbbells.
Day 2: (March 2, 2022) I decided to ride the peloton today because my everything is screaming at me. Tomorrow is a rest day.
Okay now I'm actually invested to know whether you succeeded in fitting into those skirts XD I'm working out for the very same reasonnnn cheers
