- This week we are mudlarking Gobby Beach in the cold and ice. However we were rewarded for braving the cold and found some unusual and very unexpected finds! come join us on this chilly day!

Love the cod marble stuck in the neck of the bottle! Just imagine how frustrated the child was when they didn’t get the marble! Must leave it as it is! So very satisfying!

I agree with your identification of that being an example of a stone cannon ball. I've found one here in California, believe it or not. I am so happy that you recognized that! 😊 So many times I've watched other mudlarks on their channels pick one of those up , only to say;. " Oh, I thought that was a cannonball . Dang". And then toss it away. I'm usually screaming at the screen by then. I've noticed that if they've been fired, sometimes they have burn patterns on them that can attain some really odd patterns . By the way, thanks for leaving that codd bottle top intact. I like it. Kinda like a glass bell. Panpsychism- everything has a Soul. Kindness matters.
