Definitely do the OPG's. The thing builds revs quickly enough that it's difficult to stay off the limiter. If you're on any of the Facebook groups, get in touch with Shawn Matz. He's been a close friend for 20+ years and is a dealer for ESS, Fore Innovations, Injector Dynamics, Driveshaft Shop, Hoosier, and a few others...
I don't. Tried. It'll drive the knock sensors crazy. And I don't know how you're not knocking on a 115mm since I had knock on the 120mm, even with octane booster. Who's handling your tuning?

Because I'm not doing any of those things. ESS rates their 110mm pulley at 9psi, but that's at 7200 rpm, which I didn't find out about until I had a conversation w/ one of the guys at ESS. So I switched back to the 120 for pump tuning. After that, I switched to E85 and put the 110 back on. Did that for a minute before switching to the 100mm at the end of last summer. Been there ever since. No worries.

My original transmission lost 3rd and then 5th.. bought a second one I lost 5th again .. so it was either rebuild for a few grand or sell to carmax and walk away with 6k in my pocket 🤔... did that and got my 10speed. 0 regrets.. those gen 3s are not as durable. Soon as u add power those aluminum shift forks break. My 2013 gt I had I used to beat on that thing lol 0 issues just had to swap a clutch once a year other than that durable as hell. Had 175kon it still was running strong.

It is. I backed down to the 120mm for pump gas, and still had to use octane booster to keep it from knocking. The 110 mm is rated at 9.5 psi. (at 7,200 rpm), but at 7,500, it's making close to 13 psi.
Absolutely would not. I saw knock with the 120mm pulley running straight 93. Guys who don't have access to E85 have to run 93 with either Boostane or Ocatanium to stop knock. 87 would probably kill it.

It is. Stock rear end ratio for all PP2 cars. I know a lot of guys who run 3.31 or 3.15 ratios with boosted cars, but I'm okay with the 3.73, since it's not living at the track.

It does make a little noise, but it's not that noticeable. It's certainly not as loud as the straight cut gears in the trans! :p My original plan was to do the carbon driveshaft, but Beefcake told me it was a bad idea for a street car, since there's a huge risk of road debris cracking the lacquer and allowing water to get in and lead to bad things happening. Plus, I was told the weight savings with carbon isn't significant enough to justify the risk and additional cost.
And it's a manual he's not in it all the way or shifting hard or quick. Just doing pulls. I had a manual gen 3 and now a 10speed I used to do the same..
Not trying to get too far into my life story, but yeah... Had a kidney transplant on 4/20, not even allowed to drive at this point, so my buddy wasn't trying to hurt me. This was literally my first time in the car after transplant.

Car made 736 hp / 574 tq on pump gas w/ the 120mm pulley.
I switched to the 100 and I feel like it’s too much boost for the blower if I rev it out past 7. I’m gonna pick up a 110 and rev to 8k

What you think about 110 race fuel on 100mm ?
Ask your tuner. That's the safest advice I can give.

That's the E85/110mm number. I think it made 736 hp with the 120mm on pump. There's a vid for that, too.

Why would it be slow because it's a gen 2? Gen 2 are just as nasty boosted as a gen 3 is.
Whst clutch? cant be a stock ford clutch.
