I am so sick with my masturbation addiction. Along with that all the pressure and toxic environment from my college side. I can neither focus on my studies nor my guitar practice. I feel so fraustrated and overwhelmed that I wish I could just leave everything and run far to any countryside place with mountains and hills.

    • @rajeshps7089

Hey, trust me I had mastrubation habit for more than 13 years, I felt the same thing as you did, I tried to quit so many times and I failed every single time, my longest nofap was 43 days and again back to faping, to finally quit this habit I literally asked god or you can say the universe for better version of myself, after that I quit smoking cigarettes, quit watching porn and Mastrubation, and started marathon running, regular Exercise, playing chess, taking cold shower, avoided sugar and processed foods, now I am better man, I have more energy than before and I am more focused, calm, with clear mind, for me now not even anything sexy, hot, images does not trigger me at all, it's been more than 6 months since I masturbated, I can confidently say it is out of my life.
If you have any doubt or need a detailed explanation on this, feel free to ask, brother, I am happy to help you, cause I was you once and god pulled me out of my misery.

next time you get the urge to do it, remember the comment that you made. we often use addictions as a form of coping which ends up destroying us even further. you might be sick of it one moment but when your brain suddenly needs an escape you turn to the addiction and realise that youre falling into the same patterns again. identify your triggers and remember that you dont really want this, its just your brain forcing you to something that it associates with pleasure. running outside or taking walks is the best form of escape. youll be so much happier when you replace it with activites like this. take your guitar to some park and practice there, maybe youll make some friends as well. i wish you luck man. but dont do it just because someone else told you do, but because you made this comment wanting to break the cycle.

Damn it man! I've found your channel like 2 months ago and I completely fell in love. Everything seems perfect to me - video quality, the value, the vibe, each and every frame is the same I'd imagine it do make by myself. That's actually the 1st time ever that I've felt such a connection with a content creator - might sound like a pick up line hahaha we even have the same necklace and YoungLA clothing hahah. The thing you're talking about in this video is called "journaling" as far as I know from my psychology studies - I got it to know like 4 months ago, but never really tried it out seriously. I might start doing it after your video - it motivated me. Thank you for the content you're creating. Keep it up!

I adopted this process of keeping notebooks a few years back. I have the exact same problem. I think of some great idea or come up with some insight, only to completely forget what it was a short time later. I also use the recording function on my flip phone if my notebook isn't handy for whatever reason. The flip phone also good for avoiding the urge to scroll through videos.

I can’t tell you how this happens to be speaking to me as if you were in my head and dealing with the exact emotions and thought that I am dealing with now. The amount of noise this world produces can be so distracting and this is a great idea.
Thank you for these great videos, honestly helped me so much in such a short amount of time. I feel like I can see things clearly now without a heavy fog I front of me.

It is my vacation and i have a lot of free time. I tried adopting several habits as you said such as drawing reading and exercising for a short time. But after about 2 hours i cinished and again became bored. Now i am thinking of just reading but in that case i would be left with a lost of time and then i return to mobile
