    Hi mam..how r u...I started my weight loss journey.my weight is 72 after 1 month 71..I reduce only 1 kg..I am using sorakai drink, exercise for 1 hour,breakfast eating fruits or ragi Kali or kambu kali or green gram dosa,my lunch is thenai,samai, likewise with keerai and some vegetable,,evening 1 fruit night 2 chappathi...no inch loss...what to do...plz reply mam

    Hi ganga, your videos are really inspiring to many people. I like all your videos and your transformation is a movitation.
    Can you please suggest the workout timetable, since we cannot follow the same routine daily. Which will include both cardio and other exercises.
    I am in obese category and tried many weight loss ways.. nothing helped me. Your videos urge me to try it out. I am following your diet (not very strict) and some exercises and have reduced by 3.6kg in 2 weeks.
    I just don't know which type of exercise to do on a daily basis.
    Do help me.

    Please put exercise for osteoarthritis people. Before this I was actively doing exercise and lossed about 15kg, but suddenly in between I was affected with knee problem. Since, then I'm very careful in doing exercise at the same time I'm start to gain the weight back. Very sad. Would be very happy if I'm able to active again and lose weight with this problem.
