Very good my friend , i have that same sony cd player , i bought i e new in the box last year and enjoy it very much . I run it throug a tu e buffer pre amp .
But you also know this is not normal what happened! in sum are 4 issues 1st power-cord not correct soldered and isolated! 2nd flex-cable front to motherboard was cut, 3rd Fuse of the +10V interrupted, 4th KSS240a laser-pickup defect low lase light. Maybe if you repair your own then it have only one of this failures! Thank you for your comment! weakbit
