Hi Lori - You truly are one amazing woman! I just love how creative you are and share your talents with the world. I have learned so much from you. All of these videos are great. Thank you SEW very much. 😊😊😊
Great tutorial! Love how every step was explained and how easy it is to do. I love hand & machine applique! Love the fabric, and notions used in this video.
I'm going to need a layaway plan to get all the "Sew Simpler Shapes"! I really would like to join the next sew along, looks like it will be really fun. Thanks for sharing your knowledge Lori.
I think you need a little dot on your work surface to identify for you where the camera is pointing -- your work keeps creeping out of view. LOVE watching you stitch by hand. Thank you for sharing this.
Thanks for the tips! I'm new to your applique and didn't know about the color code and letter codes on your Simple Shapes! That will be helpful after I by my 2nd and subsequent collections of them!
Absolutely love everything you do!! Spot on perfect! Sooo wish I could sit in classes with you! I'm afraid with distance and Covid, they may never happen. :-( Please keep the tutorials coming!!!
I have a ton of pellon interfacing here already at home from dressmaking that I want to use up before I purchase more. Can you tell me what pellon # would be equivalent to the brand shown in this video?
I know this is super old comment… but if anyone peeks here for an answer…. You totally can always double up your lightweight interfacing on your fabric and use up your stash!
I'm confused. I have your reversible inseam along with some of your patterns. When you do your fabric reversing and glueing it down to dry, what do you do then? Remove it and apply it to your finishing piece?
@@FatQuarterShopTX Thanks for the update. The 6" blocks she showed were so cute. I hope she does do one eventually. I love the smaller versions of her blocks.

Obviously Lori has proven that all her stuff sells, if someone (FQS, Riley Blake or Lori's Etsy) was smart they'd keep all her older Sew Simple shapes available for purchase and also offered in bundle sets. The prices have been and are still high on ebay, people are buying them!! RUclips keeps them alive, if people are watching the videos they want the products!
Great idea to number and letter when using some from a few batches! Hurray!
Wow! So much easier than other appliqué techniques I have been watching. This makes it look like it’s actually doable. Thanks!
Absolutely love how you are so organized. I buy your simply shapes and just love them . So far I have 5 sets. Learning so much from your videos

A close up of your work from starting. And continuing Throught out, would be a added feature.

So beautiful, I just don't have the patience to do these... I don't think. Maybe if I had someone to make it for I'd be more patient.
Lori, I would like to know where to buy the square clear boxes to store my 5" blocks. Thank you
Y el # 6 también está muy bonito
Lori, where do you get the square boxes to store your 5” squares in?
I know I'm not Lori... but I find boxes like that at craft stores such as Micheals, Joanne's and places like Walmart and Target!
Lisa Gilmore Lier Thanks Lisa

Why wouldn't you use a fusible interfacing?
Hi Debbie, you absolutely could use fusible! Today we are showing you the way Lori does it.
I use fusible interfacing. It's really your preference on what you want to use.
Me gusta su trabajo.
Hard to see when you’re off camera. But I get the general idea.
Oh boy i have done that..,forget measurements then trim and wreck my design
