- It’s not every day that we come across a whopping 33 acre township within city limits. So you can understand our excitement when we got a chance to check out this massive project. Bonito is a part of the 33 acre Brigade Xanadu Township. It is a collection of Spanish styled homes with G + 6 floors. Lush green spaces, 30,000 sq.ft clubhouse and plenty of amenities are a big plus to the project. We won’t give out any more spoilers, so it’s time you checked out the review!

I am very proud to be Part in Brigade Phase 1. Actually Slightly Disappointed with your rating.. This Deserves more than 4.2 atleast. Honestly saying this was one of the best community i have seen so far.

Hi Joseph, keeping in mind connectivity and access to the City's lifestyle needs, we would suggest Madhavaram for you. Projects like Casagrand Northern Star, Radiance Suprema and Sidharth Crown could be a good choice. There is a big project called Silversky Lakeside that looks promising, but we are not sure about the builder and will have to do some research. Hope this helps.

As per my view, they are corporate builders. We have booked 2.5 bhk flat in bonito. Initially we asked, 1st and 2 nd floor flats. But they said all are sold out. So we booked other choice. But after that only we came to know 1st and 3rd floor still available. So it's not first come first serve basis. Next topic, we called customer care for some verification. They just asked th flat number and informed the name of the flat holder. That time only we came to know this flat is in some other name and already sold out to some one. Initially they didn't inform us. So we are worried about that and chased them with the sales team. They said the previous flat booked holder upgraded into 3 bhk and they asked us to pay booking amount full . Then it will convert it into your name. So we paid they remaining booking amount. But received receipt with wrong amount. So we are chasing to get the correct one.
So as per my view, project is good. But the team internal communication is nood fair. Everytime you need to be careful and chase with them if you have queries or issues.
:o That's scary Raja, quite surprised that the sales team of a big brand is not doing their job well. They often have unrealistic targets that they will do everything to meet. Hope it is resolved soon.

@@umanagarajan6 1.10C bonito. Celestle means it will differ. We booked ground floor. If you are booking the raised floor they will collect some more for that.
