    Hello two girls just want you to know how much i love and appreciate your recipes especially since my divorce, i really find the electric pressure cooker combined with your excellent home style recipes have really been a God sent!, i never was such a great cook but this thing allows me to go and gave me confidence to ty recipes im sure i never would have tried. When using a pressure cooker from what i have read on the web along with the few cookbooks i've bought they seem to be in agreement that you should always add at least a cup of water i noticed that with your absolutely excellent chili recipe you really didn't add any water per say. did you get your water from the water in the cans of tomatoes and tomato sauce and beans just not sure when to add water and when it may not be necessary, Love you guys! Tom

    of ingredients, very few of us have a photographic memory and need a list of ingredients for shopping and cooking.
    Please take the time to list the ingredients and instructions.
    Thank you.

    If your chili is a little too thin you can put it on sautee and add fine cornmeal 1 tablespoon at a time stirring well. Sometimes I do this anyway because that cornmeal flavor in the chili is very nice. :-)

      Negative, cook the rice separately in pressure cooker before you start the chile, only yaks 6 minutes. Pour chile over top rice.

    I dont' understand why people use canned beans in the instapot. Isn't the whole point of the instapot to get more nutricious food from real food? Canned foods are full of sodium and fake. THis makes no sense to me at all.

    • @UberVike
      @UberVike 3 года назад

      No that isn't the point of it. It is just another method of cooking vs a slow cooker. What you put in it is up to you. It doesn't make food more nutritious.
