Always felt peckish after school when I was little.
A kind of super crispy, soft and aromatic bread Mum bought was most anticipated.
Not until I grew up did I realise it was called Danish loaf,
Which always keeps me coming back for more heartwarming memories.
Danish loaf, also known as soft buttery Danish loaf, is a kind of Danish pastry. Danish pastry is baked with its laminated butter and yeast-leavened dough to create layered texture, which is very crisp and soft. Actually, in Denmark, Danish pastry is called wienerbrod, meaning "Viennese bread", the bread from Viennese bakers. Here, let me introduce you to the recipe for the super tasty Danish loaf originating in the royal palaces in Vienna, Austria.

謝謝你的喜歡。裹油類麵包的製法比較繁複,但簡易千層的做法達不到我想要的口感。因此,建議一次可做2-3條,連續做得到的成果C/P值較高。😊

加量糖會不會影響發酵?謝謝老師賜教!
這款麵包較適合鹹的口味,最適合的風味大約10%糖份,再加個5g應該還好。糖除了影響口味之外,還能幫助發酵和保濕,5g內影響不大 😊
您好 請問 夏天不能控制室溫時 可放冷藏嗎? 冷藏放多久? 謝謝您
就算放冷藏,也很容易因為室溫太熱而導致油融,除非是很熟練、較能掌握要領後再嘗試較可能成功。丹麥麵包本來就不太適合在亞熱帶或熱帶地區的夏天製作,除非有辦法開冷氣將室溫降到攝氏15到20度以內會較妥當,建議冬天製作較容易 😊
請問您用的是那一品牌的日本高筋麵粉?
我沒有特別偏好哪個品牌,剛好試到手感不錯就用,只要高筋麵粉的蛋白質含量有 12 到 13% 的都可以 😊
請問模具的尺寸?1.5斤的可以嗎
