Honestly it was such a missed opportunity to not make a route you can poison her with paint there's so many poisonous and dangerous paints out there and with The Yakuza (if you want to add them or have added them) you could pay them to get some poisonous paints, this would have an effect on Taro if his sister dies or ends up hospitalize that could have a new ending of sabotaging his relationships till Ayano is his only option this could be the bad ending if you chose this one
