Thanks Lynn for having Dr. Catherine Nyongesa on the show. She was my late Mum's doctor in 2016 partly at Texas and KNH. God bless her
Success leaves visible patterns! What a wonderful story of resilience and tenacity! Thank you Lynn for hosting Dr Catherine 👏👏👏

My power woman. Your story has inspired me...am your patient... I love you so much .I know I will make it to being a warrior and get healed in Jesus' Name 🙏 🙌
Women winning in these spaces show how far we have come as a society, 👏🏾👏🏾 Dr. Nyongesa. I pray that we make more strides in the Healthcare sector especially cancer treatment because the amount of money spent abroad, read India, on health care is unimaginable. Great episode as always Lynn.
Dr. Nyongesa is cool, I have worked with her before, she's very approachable, simple and humble. Being a breast cancer survivor(she wasn't my doctor though) but I met her survivors group somewhere in a function, sat with them on the same table and I heard only positive things about daktari, she even hosted them in her home in shags for Chrismas... Which doctor can do that, utasikia ati ooh it's not ethical, ooh conflict of interest...
I've loved Dr Nyongesa in the show. A very down to earth lady. Keep it up, the good work.
Wow! Such a unique soul ❤❤
I agree with you all. This Dr is very humble and helpful. She once assisted my patient who didn't have a place to stay in Nairobi while undergoing radiotherapy 🎉🎉.I am forever thankful
Humility is the way to describe Dr. Nyongesa...my colleague @Nairobi hospital for a long time ...I appreciate you doc
My elder sister Ruth Owich, we are alive and kicking because of this girl who denied herself a lot, alot, to see us thrive even when her marriage went south. I really do appreciate this girl. I'll one day publicly acknowledge her.May God keep her to see this day.❤
I am the " joyce' seeing my former boss touching lives it's the best feeling...Iam so happy and proud of her...
She is a very humble, caring and loving boss that I have ever had...
I learnt a lot from her...I can write a book about her ..
May God continue to bless the work of her hands...
We love her so much
We celebrate you too for being the Connection Point to her lovely family
This really inspired me, God bless you Dr Catherine and Lynn for a great show.
I was almost giving up in taking after my siblings, but I changed my prayer and asked God to bless me more to cater for them, and since that day, i have never lacked,
Currently am looking after my siblings including my mum, and God has even expanded me than before, besides my family now i can also cater for others whom am working with at my company
Thanks lynn for bringing dr nyongesa on the show today she is such an inspiration its not easy to live with a long term condition having a doctor who understands and is patient enough is already healing on it's own❤❤
Lynn am a patient at Texas cancer center, and also your fun. To be honest this woman is a live saver. He staff are incredible and are really supportive. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 and am telling you today I can stand and say God is doing great things in this hospital. I am proud of her and GOD is going to take her far.
❤

Dr Nyongesa treatedy late sister with passion, though she rested I appreciate her kuddos Dr Nyongrsa
Caroline ,Gladys ,Mam,dad,Anto ,Paul , Shelmith Mathenge thank you for your support
I love her she was my doc in 2017 and my late mums doc too may God continue preserving her and bless the work of her hands and she serves the society
My Sister Nancy did exactly that. She helped our parents to educate some of us yet she had her own family. She was earning peanuts at the time but she sacrificed for us. I am one of her beneficiaries.
What an inspiration. I love her energy and what a beautiful soul. Thank you Lynn for hosting Dr. Catherine
Thank you Lynn for bringing Dr. Catherine. Daktari, I much say your one and a special one. Thank you for your big heart. This is from your humble approach to life issues, your personality, dressing code and the way you talked about your family being No 1! Your excellence is unmatched.. More Flowers to you and best wishes.🎉🎉
Thank you doc Nyongesa for sharing
You are special to my heart, you gave me a shoulder to lean on at TCC in 2015 when I had lost hope on how I will get treated for cancer stage iv.A
Cancer is not a death sentence, it is treatable
I advocate for early screening
Lynn God bless you, you have touched many through your channel I love it
❤❤❤❤❤
Nice to see Dr. Catherine Nyongesa! She was my mum-in-law's doctor at KNH. 20 years on, our mama is still going strong...a cancer warrior! Indeed with proper management, cancer is not a death sentence! Thanks daktari!
I will forever be grateful to Texas cancer center. My auntie received cancer treatment in 2019 stage 4 and she is a survivor who bounced back to health todate. Your staff were simply the best.
When a door opens, supporting you siblings is noble because you are shutting the poverty door😍
Catherine is such a darling
Thank you for educating your siblings and doing all you did to your family.
Most of today's children would tell you that it is the parents responsibilities.
The blessings of parents are important especially when a child is obedient.
May God continue blessing you. You and your husband have done what very few people have done.
I humble when I see that TEXAS CANCEL HOSPITAL, WOW!
God has been with her, Grace all around here, May God's shine through her and continue to touch lives of the people she meets and touch!

I'm already so fascinated that her classmates contributed towards her 3rd term fees. Let me keep watching! 🎉🎉
Have met with this lady doctor.. so down to earth .
I love her hard work and loving heart, am in Uganda.God bless her
Kudos for supporting your siblings. I supported my three sisters in high school, college and even started two businesses for one of them when she and her family had no food. Now that they are okay, what I get is abuse and hate you cannot imagine. They say tenda wema nenda zako; I am glad I helped my father to educate them and never expected gratitude from doing this. I admire those who give from their heart expecting nothing in return. All I ever wanted was for my siblings to excel in school and succeed in life.
I had a sister who would keep you I her house for more than two years as a house girl then take you to college.
Me and you....same whatsapp group. But we are blessed!
I hear you and feel you.
Being a first born. I have educated and set up my siblings too.
It is tenda wema nenda zako

Lynn this interview with Daktari just triggered something, and I have cried and cried infact sobbing Lynn
Few years ago, mother was diagonised with breast cancer, after surgery,a follow up was scheduled at KNH ,Apparently Daktari had taken up the matter,I met her on few occassions, true to the words she never encourages gloomy faces, hopelessness, she gave a radiology schedule for mother ,unfortunately mother lost the fight just few days to the first session. That reminder call came in ,it just broke me up "Priscah has passed on" were painful to say but yes,I had to say them
Thank you Daktari for the kind words
Please always include the time-line of events. I think it helps to get a context of how things unfolded. Was it in the 90's? 80's or 2000's?
😂😂Catherine is about to speak luhya ,ati 'kha boyfriend '

Doc looks so young
Thank you Dr. Catherine Nyongesa. I now know that cancer is not a death sentence.
Life starts @40, weh, I have a Longway to go, mapenzi wewe..... God's time is the best.
Great to hear that we do have Drs in Kenya dealing with cancer. I am a breast cancer survivor but luckily I am in Diaspora and got free treatment. I am about to retire and come back home and I have identified a place to go for check ups. Thanks Dr. for the Nobel idea of starting a place for us.
It's really inspiring to see how she helped her siblings get an education. I'm a kikuyu but I'm sorry to say that we're not very supportive of our siblings. My sister is married to a Luo, he helped his siblings get an education and even went on to help his extended family. God has really blessed them. They both have successful careers and their kids are doing very well in university here in America
Thank you Lynn for facilitating such an inspiring discussion with Dr. Nyongesa. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I found the doctor's perspective on healing and cure to be particularly impactful. "Doctors cure and God heals" is a powerful sentiment that resonates deeply.
It would be an honor to have Dr. Nyongesa present to the United Nations Women and Leadership course, where her journey and expertise could serve as a valuable resource for aspiring women leaders.
On a broader note, Dr. Nyongesa's message that cancer is not a death sentence is a vital one. My own journey has provided invaluable lessons and instilled a deeper sense of wisdom. I urge all Kenyan women to prioritize their health by scheduling regular mammograms, particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October.
By working together, we can empower women and promote early detection for a healthier future.
I really love listening to Dr Nyongesa. I am a breast cancer survivor since 2016 and really getting motivated by her encouraging words. Thanks Lynn.
Education is the mirror of life I took my daughter back to school after having 2kids and boy oh boy she makes heads turn in the airplane she works at and I’m proud of her today this are stories that makes me happy 😊
Kudos Dr Nyongesa. She was my Mum's Dr at Kenyatta hospital in early 2020 just as covid pademic entered Kenyatta. She is gracious as she speaks to the family about their loved one's condition. Though Mum went to be with the Lord in May she left us coz we believe it was God who rested her. Thank you Lynn for hosting Dr Nyongesa. More grace to you both lovely ladies.
❤ Lynn another hit, I'm so inspired by the queens 👸 you bring on your show, to educate, inspire, motivate and rebuild us African women. I respect 🙏 and love how responsible you are with your platform 👏. Blessings from South Africa 🇿🇦
Congratulations my Misikhu Girls school mate ! Likely Kibabii Girls Boarding too?

You have never been this excited in any of episodes like you were on this episode...God bless Lynn
Thank you Dr. Catherine for inspiring,
I will always support my siblings because I will never get other. Holding hands together to shut the poverty door🙏❤️
Another great woman. Am inspired. Thank you Lynn
Texas is a very good facility for cancer patients...my my was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2017 and was admitted at texas hurligham in 2018 where she succumbed....unfortunately when we went to collect her things the day she died...her phone was missing😢
A teacher located her and encouraged her to gi for it. May children meet such selfless teachers in school. Not wale wa yeach and go home. Teachers can give direction to a wonderful future for children in their care.
A very inspiring story, Dr. and lynn looking good
There is a sound Lunjes give when they laugh 😂. I love my people. Congratulations taktari. Beautiful heart
A very inspiring story. Yaani it's possible to come from so far. She definitely inherited that go-getter attitude from her father. Wow, Dad went back to school in his adulthood.
Seeing the pic of my grandma(grandie in purple headscarf) on that wall gives much hope in life and must bring her back to just take a pic with her pic. I hope everyone that walks in Texas has hope that cancer is curable. My grandpa is well now and always talks high of Dr. 😊
Thanks Lynn for hosting the amazing Dr Nyongesa. Have enjoyed watching the show. Will refer a Cancer patient in Nairobi to her. Blessings
Thank you so much Doctor you treated my Aunt 2016 and update she is well
Catherine Nyongesa. My school mate at Misikhu Girls high school. Very inspiring and encouraging.
Yeah 😊 we're coming
She is giving very Down to earth vibes
Dad attended the Clinic tho',we had to move back to KNH and he passed on 2020 feb , 4th.

Was looking for tht comment am here waiting for my mr right my rib.....😊😊
Hallelujah...for God makes ALL things beautiful in his time! ❤❤❤
What an inspiration...to God be the Glory!
Lynn, you are an inspiration to many. there is this phrase you use in most episodes, "if we had real flowers here I would have given you," Why don't you consider having those flowers on set. and before you give our guests the flowers, take yours, you really deserve them. thank you for this one.
I don't think it would be affordable or lasting to give every guest flowers, if you give every guest that is.
Dr. Catherine is exceptional soul congratulations on your outstanding achievements,my late mum Mary would really be proud of you,she was your patient at hurlingham in 2012.
I am also happy to have worked together with the entire team while taking care of mum. Most patients thought i was a nurse there😊 doc allowed me the space to learn. Baraka tele Madam Nyongesa.
Wee, i took care of my diblings took them bck to school denying myself just to give them. Wee the kind of donkey kicks i have been given, the rejections, insults i recieve nowadays because im not married is of another level.
Your siblings are great
Tuko wengi 🫂
Hii kitu tupo wengi wala isikuumize trust God time
It happens so oftenly. Am a retired firstborn. Kila mtu apambane na hali Yake. I only do the bare minimum
Take heart GOD is still in control and he knows how you took care and helped your siblings in due time he will make everything beautiful for all those who took care and helped your siblings. Remember thats GOD wakes you up everyday for a reason call on to JESUS CHRIST and Cast all your burdens on him.

Thank you very much. I have learnt a lot.
We are out here but when we return we will be pulling those surprises and leave for the dreams gulf countries are tough to survive in but at least they give you a chance to think outside the box
Am here Lynn, Mungu azidi kkuinua,
Lynn you are just incredible. The stories you bring just bless many. Dr. Nyongesa is just a true epitome of resilience and focus. I am challenged. God bless her and God bless LNN
Please LYNN work on the volume. its not balanced
What i loved most of Doc. Beyond my expectation back in 2013 - very approachable, i realised with her every patient is important. She cd pick my calls even 1.00am whatever time and give a conclusive answer for whatever the problem/ emergency. So humble
Doc is very humble, such an educative and informative interview.
Trusting the process ❤
The problem my friend is the money charged for the treatment and unfortunately doctors have played God. This perspective needs to change in the care givers in the health sector in Kenya. Guys compassion , empathy goes a long way Lynn.
true....pesaaaa uweh!
Glad to see you Dr Nyongesa you treated my late husband at Nairobi hospital you and Dr Opiyo tried to help us You are glowing God bless you
I have worked with Dr Nyongesa l must admit she is a very humble person

Gos bless Doctor Nyongesa...my dad is your patient and he is doing well day by day ..being at Texas ain't like going to other hospitals..
I recommend such interview for students' entertainment.
Thanks Lynn for bringing her here...my Dad was one of the patients who was extremely happy with the services they offer at Texas cancer centre.
At some point....we wanted to transfer her from there to our county level 5.. hospital cz of financial challenges BT he refused..Her team is very well organised ad gave my dad alot of encouragements tough he rested last year Aug..
