It’s so true. I still like to come to this channel to practice as her voice is so soothing and I’m used to the way she gives instructions. And I love that every practice ends with the testing pose and the quote. For someone who rarely sits still, it’s so welcome to learn to lie still. I’m glad that they have found someone who can carry on her work. Her instructions are as clear as Lesley’s.
