I love this! I am having a Harry Potter party for my 40th birthday and I will be using this idea for a photo album. I'm going to put disposable cameras on the tables and once I get them developed, the photos will go in here as a keepsake. Its way easier than I thought it would be! Thank you!

I found your tutorial back in 2017 soon before Cursed Child came out in book form. Our local public library was having a Harry Potter party and costume contest. I followed your instructions to make my own book and it was a huge hit!! Even today, I show people my homemade book and they love it!! HUGE thank you for helping me to make this project!

AAAHHH this is so cOOL! Instead of Polymer Clay, I think I'll use some craft foam to make it a bit easier. I really want to make this!!!!!
I am in the process of making some for my son's Harry Potter B-Day party. He's turning 11! Time for Hogwarts! I"m making it into a Harry Potter text book because these are actually going to be the party favor boxes for the guests. I couldn't make that many monster book of monsters. Too expensive. So I'm going to make 'em look like text books. Thank you for this awesome and inspirational tutorial!! I will actually make Monster Book when I've got more time on my hands HA!

Did you get this fur fabric online?Because it may be difficult for me to find it in my area .
Hmm, I bought it at a Jo-Ann Fabric and Crafts store. I checked their online store and I didn't see the exact same thing there but they had a few other similar furry fabrics that would probably work. I would see if you have any fabric stores in your area. I saw a few options on Fabric.com but they were a little pricey. Not sure if that helps, hope you can find something! It doesn't have to be exactly the same.

I want to try to make one of these as a case for my tablet.. I want it not to have a structure (the cardboard) but I still want the teeth. Any tips on making really durable teeth that will survive being shoved in a backpack?? Going to try to use fur and leather, and have the eyes set on a strip of black leather to look like skin.
I would love love love to make one... I'm just so busy that I have no time to get the. Materials much less make it

+Sabastian Ryan I honestly can't remember, I'm sorry. I bought it in the store and I didn't write it down. It doesn't have to be exactly the same, I've seen many people re-create this with many different types of furry fabrics. Good luck!

Question is it possible to make the monster book using Harry Potter book POA

If I were you I would either use some yellowi brown glue on the sides to add the texture to the "pages" or use an actual book safe to make the process easier, and I would also "texturize" the book until it looks very old and worn in, I think that'd be cool:)
