Frost and Triggered The story is half decent, but Rowling isn't really any good at universe building. The magic doesn't make any practical sense, and the amount of space that wizards must take up is unrealistic to keep hidden in the era she set it in. That and the plot holes
acrylic is extremely cheap, like $10 for a whole board of it, and worbla is slightly more expensive, but can't go for more than $100. also she didn't use that much worbla.
This girl has some serious skills! Together with Vinny she's the best PROP SHOP host. They're both doing a really good job at the props and also at explaining everything. Huge PROP(s) to her. Get it? Ha ha ha... I'll see myself out.
from what I've noticed odin does cheaper builds that most people could afford so he does the prices wear as Vinny and this hando take on bigger project so anybody who would be taking on these projects would have the money to do so so the price doesn't matter
I think a lot of these "DIY Prop Shop" videos really miss the point... "Alright guys, get some obscure (but cheapish) materials and just assemble it to the shape of a prop! SIMPLE!" They completely skip ALL of the fine detail work and say things like "Cut it to the shape you want". I think there's just a bit more too it than what is being shown here.
They have gotten a lot more professional prop builders now it's good to see them work. Even if the tutorials are cut short the techniques are shown are quite well done.
This turned out really awesome but its unrealistic. The majority of people don't have access to the resources or tools in this video or many of the other videos and the materials used in this are fairly expensive. Thats my only problem with this series sometimes, other then that i think its getting better and better.
Now I'm really starting to think about getting myself my own rotary tool. Thank you for showing that technique. It would take a great amount of practice to be able to make something like this dragon's head, but this would be the road I'm willing to walk.
August_Very_Own see that's what the other creators didn't have that Dustin had, creativity. Don't get me wrong all these guys are great but Dustin used actual things that we can find at home or the dollar store
Tried it. Nailed it. SO COOL!!! I told my friends I won the triwizard tournament and they weren't sure if they were to believe me or not... since mine looked so good! Thanks!
this was an absolutely amazing DIY! i would love to try it out myself but, as some others have commented i feel there was a lot lacking in the explanatory bits... like the frosty effect on the glass, and the resin to create that frosted effect, to me it just looked like it filled up a third of the bottom and i didnt really understand why it was there? i am a beginner though so more experienced DIYers probably will understand the steps, but that i felt was a little unclear.. thank you though for giving general guidelines to follow and lots of inspiration!!!
Japanese production studio. The director is Fumihiko Sori. Hiromu Arakawa from what I read was working somewhat closely with the production of it. So it should be "somewhat" close to source material
I thought the Channel was also about making props with every day tools that you might have in your garage or something , not everybody has a band saw :/
Piżmowy Płaszcz I can use a hand saw or a jigsaw no problems , but i thought more of people who want to build this and have no experience with those tools and who don't happen to have a band saw laying around their garage
Get a coping saw. They cost, luke, $10. Maybe less. But if you have a dremel, like she used for other parts of the video, you could probably just cut a rough rectangle with a cutting wheel. I get it's annoying to see people make cool stuff with tools you don't have, but its not hard to work around.
Wow, This was one of the best props I've see on this series! At first I didn't like Hendo when she was on DIY Cosplay Shop, mostly just because she seemed too fake in front of the camera, but now she's 2 for 2 on good props for this show. I've been very impressed at the complexity of what she's decided to build. I'm glad we're seeing more of her, and not that Dylan girl!
***** yea but making an actual wand from the movie would be really cool and i want to see how they would do it coz they are more professional then the others on youtube.
I'm not even a Harry Potter fan, but wow. Possibly the coolest prop made on this channel in ever.
Agreed
And also Odin's pip-boy, one of my all time favorite
how can you not like harry potter!
Frost and Triggered The story is half decent, but Rowling isn't really any good at universe building. The magic doesn't make any practical sense, and the amount of space that wizards must take up is unrealistic to keep hidden in the era she set it in. That and the plot holes
Wow.Super realistic. All that effort sure paid off.
The whole world is again on a Harry Potter hype.
I like it.
Timer Me too
Can someone explain it?
also i have an unpopular opinion, i like the world of harry potter but not the actual story told in the books
I don't! I'd rather have just the regulars. The real fans! :p
Erudalty VIden explain what?
why the world is hyped about Harry Potter again?
I can easily tell what all of the host use the most
-vinny uses thermoplastic
-Dylan loves wood
-Dustin loves cardboard
-hendo loves warbla
And Odin's all about the foam :D
Worbla and Thermoplastic is the same thing
I never thought to use clear resin that way, cool!
Ayy fancy seeing you here btw i love your vids
Ayy
glad you like them!
William Jakespeare :)
William Jakespeare I watch your videos
There is a reason the didn't show the prices...
Uliverse Pobably because it's expensive and they want to hide it
Uliverse they probably didn't show the prices because this isn't very DIY
Uliverse yup, acrylic is expensive and worbla is hella pricey for what it is.
acrylic is extremely cheap, like $10 for a whole board of it, and worbla is slightly more expensive, but can't go for more than $100.
also she didn't use that much worbla.
Uliverse I

Get it? Ha ha ha... I'll see myself out.
Ewww. You're the worst. :-)
Odin is best tbh
+xcy-7 yeah I agree, he tells you the price and also does the best at explaining himself
how about dylan
ionCandy you have got to be joking
I feel like the cheapest thing in this DIY is the paint...everything else might make my wallet cry
DIY warbla makes it a bit cheaper
Exactly. Feel like it'd be cheaper to just buy the Noble Collection replica.
Actually looks really good.
Tharim
Yeah, I especially like her smile.
oh ffs
Except for the paint job, which looks pretty terrible, honestly.

How to draw an owl:
Step 1 - Draw a circle.
Step 2 - Draw the rest of the owl.
The prop is pretty, but she is prettier!

This was an amazing video.
You have won yourself.....
A subscriber.
+Ronin I'll challenge you to a nasty Deag-off
I guess Odin is the only one who still does the price thing
I just wanted to say that.
Kori Sosuke Odin is the best of them too in my opinion
I agree
from what I've noticed odin does cheaper builds that most people could afford so he does the prices wear as Vinny and this hando take on bigger project so anybody who would be taking on these projects would have the money to do so so the price doesn't matter

I can't handle the cuteness of that host, jeez O.o ...
I've never seen anything in the world as beautiful and perfect as this video
Would love to see one of you guys make Corvo's mask from dishonoured. Like if you agree.
J Sales Definitely, love the look of the priest masks, it would be pretty cool to have a full set of them on a wall.
Westy Yesss
YES, ALL OF MY YES
yes to both Corvo's mask and the dragon priest mask. those would be so cool to see!
Westy that would be awesome, but what about a psycho mask from borderlands?
They have gotten a lot more professional prop builders now it's good to see them work. Even if the tutorials are cut short the techniques are shown are quite well done.
This girl is pretty darn amazing! :) Funny, and a great prop builder.
Wow... She's really talented :O AWESOME BUILD!
This turned out really awesome but its unrealistic. The majority of people don't have access to the resources or tools in this video or many of the other videos and the materials used in this are fairly expensive. Thats my only problem with this series sometimes, other then that i think its getting better and better.
Just watching her making this prop is so adorable.
7:38 She made a bad pun....
I approve.
I have so much respect for people who can do this!
"We're muggles here"
speak for yourself,muggle
Red Morning Studios you, dirty blood
Shhhhh! We're not supposed to let them know that we're real.
Mudblood*... You had one job
we will report you to the ministry of magic.
Shhhh we ARE muggles remember ? Magic doesn't exist
Now I'm really starting to think about getting myself my own rotary tool.
Thank you for showing that technique. It would take a great amount of practice to be able to make something like this dragon's head, but this would be the road I'm willing to walk.
Would like to see you make the soldier 76 jacket thats in the background!
MyNameIsAlan and the rifle!
LordDotCom m
Matt Stagmer Well I'll be, hi Matt, love you and your teams' work!
This was a good prop shop! I really liked the creativity and technique used to replicate the film's Triwizard cup.
Even if it's not magic that made it, you're a witch (the good kind) to make something that amazing.
Wow this prop was amazing! And the host is really cool too!!
But you see this requires actual talent
Merlin's beard, this exceeds expectations!! ⚡
Lol, I actually watched the fourth Harry Potter just yesterday and thought it would nice if AWE me did the Triwizard Cup.
"and sence we are all muggles-"
Aaaaahhhh! NO! IM A PUREBLOOD!!!!
Does it bother anyone else that the picture of Harry in the thumbnail is from Half blood prince and and the triwizard cup is from goblet of fire.
shane saddler probably not :) (some ppl do but I the mayority doesn't I think)
shane saddler I don't think anyone gives one m8. Besides, Harry has a metrosexual haircut in goblet of fire and doesn't look as iconic.
the detail in this is incredible
this would be awesome for drinking out of when friends come to visit
its not a cup meant for drinking... it will leak and that will also most likely mess up the led
Then we make it work!
How about a miniature Triwizard Cup instead?
tragoedia veritas lol, yeah
tragoedia veritas you do not use a Triwizard cup to drink out of! XD
Well done! The Triwizard Cup looks fantastic!
Why are you making me think of Cedric Diggory? I am crying
This is actually, one of the best builds from Prop Shop :D
i wish they would simply give us the dimensions so it would be an actual DIY
Can’t agree more , their website didn’t last long and neither did the channel unfortunately could be why though :/
Honestly I wouldn’t follow this sizing anyway. It looks way too big. Amazing but too big.
Hendo, Odin and Vinny. Seems like all the great prop builders have unusual names.
Dustin would have used an old lamp and a blender cup he found in his garage lol
August_Very_Own 😂😂😂
and hot glue. Lots...and lots of hot glue...
August_Very_Own I would some find powdery white baking powder in there looks like been there a while
August_Very_Own WE WANT HIM BACK
August_Very_Own see that's what the other creators didn't have that Dustin had, creativity. Don't get me wrong all these guys are great but Dustin used actual things that we can find at home or the dollar store
Tried it. Nailed it. SO COOL!!! I told my friends I won the triwizard tournament and they weren't sure if they were to believe me or not... since mine looked so good! Thanks!
This is a really expensive build
DIY warbla might help costs a bit.
still diy
Confidence definitely went up from the last build she did lol Good job!
can you do the 5th hokage tsunade crystal necklace. plz
ohhh my god! I want it so bad! You should have shown it glowing in the dark! You are such a talented artist!
please try corvos mask from dishonored
ONE OF THE BEST EVER SEEN IN THIS CHANEL.
Can we just appreciate that she is wearing a Ravenclaw cardigan, not a Gryffindor?
this was an absolutely amazing DIY! i would love to try it out myself but, as some others have commented i feel there was a lot lacking in the explanatory bits... like the frosty effect on the glass, and the resin to create that frosted effect, to me it just looked like it filled up a third of the bottom and i didnt really understand why it was there? i am a beginner though so more experienced DIYers probably will understand the steps, but that i felt was a little unclear..
thank you though for giving general guidelines to follow and lots of inspiration!!!
How about Edward Elric's automail arm? The live-action movie was announced, so ;)
Who making it ?
Japanese production studio. The director is Fumihiko Sori. Hiromu Arakawa from what I read was working somewhat closely with the production of it. So it should be "somewhat" close to source material
Good.
Please let this happen
MrJechgo or Alphonse elric's head. Ed's arm would be dope tho.
This is definitely one of the coolest props I have ever seen on RUclips! Probz to you girl!
I thought the Channel was also about making props with every day tools that you might have in your garage or something , not everybody has a band saw :/
Centauri use a hand saw, what's the problem?
Piżmowy Płaszcz I can use a hand saw or a jigsaw no problems , but i thought more of people who want to build this and have no experience with those tools and who don't happen to have a band saw laying around their garage
Use a jig saw and a bit of sanding, bunch of whiners.
I'm glad yall made something we can make at home. :D
I mouthed the word "woah" when she revealed it... brava
Best Work Yet. Congratulations from a non Harry Potter Fan!!!
When I do these,I forget about homework.
I like her
She's fun and has an upbeat spirit😊
i really want to do this, but i am not skilled enough.
i really wish you would upload these patterns :(
That is amazing! It looks SO cool, just like from the movie
It looks really cool, but it's definitely a really expensive build.
yay Hendo is back, I'm so happy.
Would be nice if you made more "I don't have a bandsaw" friendly videos
Also a list of supplies you'd need would be tight
Get a coping saw. They cost, luke, $10. Maybe less. But if you have a dremel, like she used for other parts of the video, you could probably just cut a rough rectangle with a cutting wheel. I get it's annoying to see people make cool stuff with tools you don't have, but its not hard to work around.
yes i wish tooo!!!!!!
this might be the coolest video i have ever watched
it ended up looking cool, but she didn't explain the steps too well
Magalí Iglesias Barenys
I agree I feel like this was the most uninformed episode yet.
gamerguy209 yet it's the best prop they've done yet. you can't win I guess.
knucklecorn probably true
Wow, This was one of the best props I've see on this series! At first I didn't like Hendo when she was on DIY Cosplay Shop, mostly just because she seemed too fake in front of the camera, but now she's 2 for 2 on good props for this show. I've been very impressed at the complexity of what she's decided to build. I'm glad we're seeing more of her, and not that Dylan girl!
damn that girl is beautiful af
Needs about 20 lbs tho.
@@chadpugh1490 wut? Excuse you?
Hands down the coolest prop yet
Is This Satisfying To Anyone Else???
She's so cute!!!! :)

MAKE A WAND FROM HARRY POTTER!!!!!!
***** yea but making an actual wand from the movie would be really cool and i want to see how they would do it coz they are more professional then the others on youtube.
she's adorkable and I love it
This chick gorgeous
Love to see Hendo again.
It's Aluminium, not Aloominum lol
Aluminum mate
DeadKing66 you mean "bri-ish" haha...
please don't judge me
No, they pronounce it "aluminium" there
This is one of the most impressive thing I've seen in a long time
the editing felt so dull and lifeless...kinda chips away from the awesomeness of the vid as a whole.
I love Harry Potter, and that is a beautiful peice of art! Well done!
IT'S NOT A HARRY POTTER MOVIE
Wow that's an amazing build
brilliant work! and you are awesome- can't wait to see what you will build next
" 'Ack-eeoh' prop " really got me at the beginning.. I love love love this video though ❤️⚡️
My eye twitched. It's AX-EE-OH, Hendo.
Really loved the host. She's funny and good looking as well.
This is so creative! Although I can't make it because I don't have the materials, this is still great! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That looks amazing!!! 😱😱
That is the most coolest most detailed looking props ever made on here also she's cute and funny
