    I was sucked into the raw food community in NYC in 2001-2004 and I was pregnant In 2003. It was so strong in downtown Ny. I am thankful that I was not a good raw foodist and kept eating meat and ate eggs and meat while I breasted my kids for 1 1/2 years each. But my older son had issues with physical stuff from 1-4 and now I wonder if it was because I was a little low in carnitine and protein due to the influences. Luckily I always gave them eggs in the am and meat at the next meal. It’s hard to not feel guilty, even now, about back then.
    I am off all oxalates and am full carnivore and love it. Now I’m slowly mentioning to my sons 18 and 20 to keep eating meat eat more red meat here you go etc.

      What I would say is knowing many of the original raw foodies they all have backed away from 💯 % and many would cheat behind the scenes. The other thing I would say is tell him about the oxalates or have him watch a Sally Norton video or 2. And then say raw juicing and food can be ok for a 4 day fast but it will deplete necessary brain fats and many vegans get really sick after a couple of years. I know a guy on YT who go in his 40’s began losing his memory for basic words and then when he went back to meat the first time - he ordered a tuna steak at a restaurant and literally could feel it in his brain. I suggest that peeps that are just starting either a keto voir or carnivoir start a little bit more slow when adding fat.. 50/50 fat/protein.. add in the fats a little be at a time.. many people can and will get soft or runny stool.. Let your body gradually adjust to the added fat..

      I was supposed to have lumbar spine nerve decompression surgery + L4/L5 fusion about 7 years ago. It was supposedly the only option remaining after spinal stenosis diagnosis and prescription medications/steroid injections didn’t help of course. None of the docs could promise any better outcome than 50% chance of getting 50% better. Pain and disturbance in mobility were devastating. Yet I declined the surgery. Chances of needing surgical revisions were too great. So instead I ended up suffering in agony for a few more years. Then I started Keto lifestyle and nerve impingement/compression symptoms improved about 75% within 8 months. I later transitioned to Lion and, after about a year, I almost never suffer from the spinal stenosis symptoms anymore. I haven’t been back for another MRI but it’s entirely possible that the spinal stenosis is gone. This is certainly plausible if the root cause of my diagnosed condition were chronic inappropriate inflammation.

      @anthonychaffeemd  22 дня назад

      Hey thank you very much! Some people have sensitivities to eggs but they build up resistances to them after a while. Eliminating the amount for several weeks and then adding them back in can show this. In fact it's something that nutritionist Adele Davis would do with her clients around 100 years ago and could find food sensitivities that way. But you can also try the above suggestion as well and just see what the egg yolks do and go from there. But at the end of the day, if your body does best on beef and lamb, just go with that!

    Oxalate / oxalic-acid is not a defense chemical but a part of plant metabolism or photosynthesis. So all green plants have it. They have no need to brake it down so often it gets to a very hi concentration.

      @@hugoanderkivi I think it was in "the carnivore code" by Paul Saladino. Well it could be that it's main function is photosynthesis but that in some plants it got higher in concentration and that gave these plants a poisonous advantage.

Let’s make public knowledge videos we see when we go to the store we gotta go so why advertise something we already run into?? Spend that money in good things. Like teaching people these things that have been learned worldwide. Crowd source research. 🤷🏻

      Do you have diabetes? It’s usually an inflammatory response, unless genetic hemochromatosis. It goes up with infections as well. Assuming you’re not diabetic ( pre as well), infection at the time of testing, and genetic issues, look into what can cause a lot of inflammation in your body… adjust your diet if not already and do blood donations!!! To keep it managed until you find out the cause.

      There is such a thing as moderation. With Americans eating so much poison food of every kind, it is impossible to nail down one particular diet for one particular human. Meat coming from Cafos is poison, and plants from most big ag farms is poison. With glyphosate in everything, good luck. Glyphosate opens up tight junctions, which are those little velcro like structures protecting the blood brain barrier. So, change where all your food comes from. Go beyond organic. That whole system has been subsumed. Good start. You are your own doctor, and your food is your medicine. Some of those plants are what your body might need at one particular juncture in your life. They are medicinal. Time to wake up. If you are going carnivore, go regenerative carnivore.
