You made my day brother, tried your starting posture for 2days my smash power got increased lot, sometimes I am missing because I am not recovering faster to starting position because I played last one year wrong i am going to keep practicing to change my posture(loading possition).pls help is there any drill to do alone
Try this drill. Smash action drill without shuttles . Use heavy racket (squash racket or put racket head cover ) Set elbow behind pause for two seconds like we have showed in the video and do the smash action . Repeat 10 times . Relax . Do 5 sets which is 50 actions. Do this everytime before you play .
Excellent video, what is special is that it is pretty simple like you keep saying in your videos, I mean just two things to remember, out of which one of them is purely a natural action of throwing out something, loved the explanation. That's a wonderful explanation. Finding our own natural posture becomes easy with this tip.
To generate more power and hit the shuttle at higher point so it can go downward very fast. Video was very helpful.👍👍

i know how to jump smash iam a national player from mp but my smashes are slow compared to other player how can i fix that please help
