After a hard team training I feel like having a car accident and need 1-2 days of recovery. Does it make sense to overcome this and follow up my strength program? Sorry for my English...
I'm an edge rusher, we're more based on SPEED than POWER,me personally I'm alot more aggressive and hands on with the Olineman and tight ends so I'm going to be utilizing these exercises but for the average edge rusher it's more SPEED oriented. Hope that helps.

I’m 6’1 230 sophomore in high school and it’s my first year playing I just got some weights and I’m new to it how can I get good at benching to lift heavy
I'm in 8th grade rn but I'm on the heavier side 5'9 270 but I do mma and wrestling so I'm fit-ish but I just started lifting in January I started with 50lbs total and today I just hit 135 its a lot of repotition for me that helps
Do u think 5’8” 135lbs is big enough for middle school DE. I had 43.5 sacks, 23 TFLs, 82 tackles, 22 FF, 2 FR and 1 pick. I’m just worried I’m not big enough

90 degree single leg squat is great, I like to use a light resistance band around the back of the knee and connected to the rack.

No we think athletes of any strength level can do split squats. It's more of a specific strength you develop the more you do the exercise

Yeah, when I was starting middle school I was 5’6 ish and I’m now 6’4, you’ll grow a lot in HS I grew 6 inches
