    90 degree single leg squat is great, I like to use a light resistance band around the back of the knee and connected to the rack.

      I'm an edge rusher, we're more based on SPEED than POWER,me personally I'm alot more aggressive and hands on with the Olineman and tight ends so I'm going to be utilizing these exercises but for the average edge rusher it's more SPEED oriented. Hope that helps.

    Wow u really like split squats 😀..is there a strength standard on regular squats u like to hit before having them do split squat or do u have your athletes do it right away?

      No we think athletes of any strength level can do split squats. It's more of a specific strength you develop the more you do the exercise

      Im a 6"1 245 14 going 15 yo lineman, and I play DE, T. I might be because I used to be a QB and I played basketball for most my life but I think that those positions are a bit off for you. If you want to be a DE or tackle work on your first step. Extremely important

    Do u think 5’8” 135lbs is big enough for middle school DE. I had 43.5 sacks, 23 TFLs, 82 tackles, 22 FF, 2 FR and 1 pick. I’m just worried I’m not big enough

    Have a question. My son is in 7th grade, a DT, weighs 200 and can bench 185 at 4 sets of 10. What weight does the med ball needs to be for him? The 4 exercises do look great and makes sense.
