The Crowing & In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 def need to be next. Both of these songs have a really fantasic live version on YT noted as "live in sydney". The entire lore around C&C runs very deep, enjoy the journey! Note that their drummer Josh has his own rap/hip hop side project called Weerd Science that is worth a check out as well.

So coheed and cambria is my favorite band. This song inspired me to learn guitar. The thing I love about them most is the contemporary factor. These songs sound new and grand to this day. I'd love to see you react to "in keeping secrets of silent earth: 3". Fantastic song

I have my 17 year old son obsessed with Coheed. He just saw them in concert with his dad 2 weeks ago and he said he cried when they played this song because it sounded so amazing!! Claudios voice is one of my favorites!! They are great musicians and fantastic lyricists. I found them in high school and never stopped!!

This just came across this on my feed and it's so exciting seeing someone learn of coheed. They're such a fantastic band that bridges so many different subgenres of rock. They're an incredible band to see live. Each of the members are incredibly tight and their stage presence is tremendous. They're still touring, they just got done with a small stint in Australia. They also just released a new single a week or two ago for their next album that comes out in March so we'll probably get a tour in support of that album next year

Coheed and Cambria is hands down simply the best band out there! Claudio Sanchez IS truly a musical genius! Every single album is perfection. YES they are still touring and their concerts are SO MUCH FUN!! Check out Coheed's
The Willing Well IV: The Final Cut is the 15th song on the album Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV, Vol. 1, The Second Stage Turbine Blade, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth 3...really all their albums are so good! We are in awe every time we go see them live!! ❤🎸and yes Claudio's hair is famously gorgeous, it seems to perform right along with him! 😁😍

❤️ Yes! Every song on "In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3" is amazing, but A Favor House Atlantic was their big song off this album on alternative radio stations. Claudio's vocals are an attention-grabber, even if you've already heard him before.
It's also worth mentioning that the lyrics tell the continuing story of "The Amory Wars," a sci-fi comic that Claudio also co-wrote. Dude is so talented! 👨🏻‍🎤🎸

So, I love Coheed. Probably on my top 5 favorite bands. I love them, because they hit hard always, but it's groovy, a really nice flow and vibe. They're lyrics are always great. And Claudio is a modern day Geddy Lee! Infact the band is very much a modern Rush! Just great musicians. Alot of great songs!!

They got a new bassist a few years ago and now each of these dudes is my favorite musician for their instrument. I love playing whatever riffs I can manage of theirs.
To see how they've changed over the years, check out Comatose and Shoulders off their most recent album to see their riff powers and less creepy lyrics at work

I first learned of them through Claudio's comics ... then I heard Pearl of the Stars and fell in love with their music/style. Welcome Home came next and they quickly became one of my faves alongside bands like Paradise Lost, Stratovarius, Angra, Artension and Fates Warning from that generation.

Coheed & Cambria is just one of those bands that have such a unique sound that is so sick. IDK what exactly it is. The voice, obviously, but also just the structure of the music maybe? Like it doesn't sound like a typical rock song. The riffs & the beat are unique as well and it just comes together so well. Freaking love these guys.

Fun fact: In 2009, this song became the music for a film trailer of animated science fiction film titled "9", the film follows a rag doll labeled "9" who was voice acted by Elijah Wood and awakens shortly after the end of mankind following the uprising of machines
The film is based on Shane Acker's 2005 CG-animated who would directed the full feature film, Academy Award-nominated short film of the same name created at the UCLA Animation Workshop and Focus Features released it theatrically on September 9, 2009

I struggle and fight to get anyone to listen to them as I do… I know that the whole “progressive rock” stigma is around, and no one wants to know the story… but you cannot deny the glory that is listening to Coheed and THEN discovering how it all connects. Been listening since Second Stage. Favorite band in the world.
