    “I start with the weaker leg first, and match the reps on the strong one” is so slept on. I was given that advice a year ago by Noel and it’s helped my symmetry too.

Much respect for you and the physique you’ve achieved. Your a phenom bro and will smash it when you start to compete. What are you studying? If it’s anything other than some sort of sport science then take 5 min just to reflect on how accomplished you are and that what you have achieved is so remarkable that you are a credit to the sport and young up and comers can learn so much from you.     Only fitness people I watch are Dr. Isratel and Sam. They are a really nice contrast. Overwhelming, technical knowledge and humor vs calming and more lead by example.
    Sam gets me to not be so bogged down in the details and just go hard. Dr. Mike teaches me you can't just be a meathead and to add structure to my training.
    We live in a crazy age where there is a ton of quality info at your fingertips for FREE. Thanks to both of you!

    For 10 yrs or so now, I've done a 3-day leg split and have had great development. Still do it even after a knee replacement 3 yrs ago. For example, today, 1.5 hours of quad work alone. Chest day / hams, lastly shoulders/ good girls,bad girls. With regards to extensions, yes, they can tear your knees up. I still do them with limited weight and long static holds. Do what feels good for you. Focus on the pump. Great vlog overall, Sam! 💪😎

    For all those who were wondering, the guy who came up with the idea of pre-fatigued squats is Lee Haney. Hes an 8X mr Olympia, same as Ronnie, but was after arnold and before the era of mass monsters so largely got drowned out in history. Check him out, hes got some solid advice (obviously)

    It's funny that someone so much bigger & stronger than me has the same adductor problem that I used to have.
    What causes it is having (comparatively) weak glutes. If your glutes are too weak your hip muscles take over and put strain on the adductors.
    You don't have to take my advice obviously, but I bet if you dropped the weight on the squats and went flat foot ass to grass, in a few weeks your adductors would calm down.

    My wife actually told me she finds my legs overpowering my upper body, they grow really easily and I have had people meantion them especially many times.
    Now I only train shoulders, biceps, chest, lats, calves and forearms. Life is good!
