Terra magician, Metiorite of astel, comet azure, cereleun hidden tear and intelligence knot.
It's insane
And you can combo this with the Royal Knight’s Resolve to even further, albeit temporarily, buff your sorcery damage. You can put this Ash of War on something like a dagger (or other light weapon), equip it to an empty spot in either hand, use it, then switch to your staff. It says it only affects the next attack, but for spells the buff lasts as long as the duration of the skill. It also works great for other physical “power attacks,” even if it is a single use per buff in those cases. So, with Tera Magicus, the Physik tear for unlimited FP, and the Royal Knight’s Resolve Ash Of War, you can dunk on dudes.

with the moon veil katana 1 L2 R2 attack will deplete the shield, and 2 should stun the boss for very easy kills.
biggest regret my lvl 40 ass ever had. so I had no lantern nor light for this cave. Half way through I go "oh what are these runes in my inventory" get's 50k runes. Dies to the sorcerers... twice. lose 50k runes... Dont be like me
In the process of going for the ultimate comet azure build I obviously acquired
"Tara magica"But at the end of the day I rarely ever use it for anything The comment azure is strong enough all by itself and putting down the symbol and having to stand on it as kind of a pain in the butt.

Doesn’t effect the fire part of the night and flame sword cause fire damage is separate from magic damage. It will increase the R1 ability though.

You where quite right, rock sling to get them down to stagger and then I just beat on the with a blunt object. Perfect guide, thanks very much.
If you use hidden weapon on your staff and cast this it is put down more transparent lure in invaders and carian slice them to death in like 3 hits

Haha. I haven't even really played the game yet despite the hours. I'm galloping round the map opening Grace points and picking up the gear and spells. These alone are building up play time the map is huge
Great guide. Just ran this with my melee character using Mogh’s spear and the weapon skill (Bloodboon RItual) just absolutely annihilated them. Each one died before I even got to the 3rd part of the effect
Pair this up with royal knights resolve. You’re welcome. And yes the damage buff applies to the sorceries as well as physical damage.
You really don't have to make the game any more broken than it is lol. It's way too easy, every build is overpowered as shit if you do the bare minimum.

Blunt weapons like hammers or maces work wonders against those guys

Another tactic that worked for me was summoning my Mimic tear with night maidens mist in my spell slot. I would keep my target lock on to the spear guy and just keep back rolling and spraying. Eventually he died and I finish the rest off east same way.
You do not have to travel to Caelid, just continue in the cave where you found the stonesword key at and you would have got to the boss fight...
I believe he showed that because caelid is where you get the rock sling spell to kill the boss
If 3 players do this next to each other and the sigils overlap does it stack? Could be a crazy op mage gang out there smashing invaders lmao…
I believe the sword of night and flames laser ability also works.
Might wanna update that thumbnail. They nerfed it from 35% to 25%....
Which irks me a bit. Because you still have to stand in the circle. And a lot of bosses move too much to reliably use this spell.
Night maiden's mist melts these bosses and bosses in general. They go down very fast. Anyway thanks for the guide.

Did I get it right, that you only benefit from the buff as long as you are standing inside of the sigil?

Not really a problem if you have a summon that can stay alive for more than 10 seconds
+ it also buffs weapon art damage

@@glaucoruzzetti9630 the Mimic is superior. I've tested both, and even a base mimic (not upgraded) was better then my +3 pumpkin head.
I used the knights greatsword +2, beast Crest heater shield and semi human ashes +2. Demi humans attacked one while I attacked the other. Block then hit with strong attack. About 3 hits and they stagger. Rinse and repeat.
Im at 70 int and with this added holy hell ...pure slappage 🤣

@@Joshhva if ur a mage you can go farm next to warmasters shack there is a field with 5 giants just rock sling them from horse back over and over again for 1k runes each helped me out a ton

So the flame ability for the Sword of Night and Flame scales off of Faith. The comet azure ability scales off of Intelligence. So my question was the comet azure ability for that sword not buffed? Also thanks for the video!
Stupid question: How do you add the buff to the staff (I'm on a PC). I know how to add a buff to my right hand weapon using the staff, but never knew you could apply buffs to the staff itself. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Damn it's more than a quarter you need for them to stumble somehow it's not the same as in this video.... Also in second the one mage will throw a sonic boom blast that one shots me and kills me. Sometimes I get through but trying to zigzag or roll is hit or miss. The dogs gets pretty much destroyed in first 20 seconds. Jumping mage gets closer than you think so get a few spells off and run. Still trying but getting close to beating them
Put in a bit of vit and endurance. Otherwise mostly intelligence and you're good

HOLD UP! So, we use 2 stonesword keys to get into that first barrier by the academy, in order to receive 1 stonesword key and a grace, is that even mandatory to get terra magicus?
No lol there was a stone sword key in the same cave the loot was. I was showing you where it was so you only used one

Sorcery only and intellect based damage. Golden vow buffs incantations and faith

It’s boost all magic damage including weapon arts that deal magic damage. The reason you don’t see the flame ability do more damage is cause it’s fire damage not magic damage
