Just a tip to save some time and runes you get the spirit wolf ashes for free eventually when you talk to the witch lady after receiving the horse and returning to the first church. You may have to rest there to get her to show up.
Yeah found that out later..have to go to the first church at nighttime

I had a hard time figuring out where and when you could summon.
Anytime you see the little transparent Tombstone on the left hand side middle of the screen you can summon your different spirits.
Just a quick tip, you can also fast travel to Round Table Hold from your map. Just zoom out and it's on the bottom left. Great Video!
There's also a button you can press while on the map to show sites of grace, scroll left and it's there too
Theres no other way to get to the round table than fast traveling from the map.

@@WheresWaldo05 I believe it's when you choose the talk to her option. I use the map fast travel because it is faster!
FYI you can get the bell and wolves free at the church of ellieh from the witch at night after speaking to the npc at the shack. The girl at the shack also gives you the jellyfish ashes when you exhaust her dialogue
I didnt know to talk to the jellyfish lady 3 times so shes gone rip. I make sure to talk to everyone over and over now
She’s not there when I go to the shack any clue on how to fix?

Love getting off to a good start in a souls game. Thank you. I get to play in exactly 30 minutes and will be taking this route before exploring. Even as a souls vet, the early flask upgrades take a lot of the sting off of the early game.
This is awesome, going to do this tonight. I just ran around last night for hours learning how to fight picking fights with everyone and dying/being humbled alot lol. First time to a Souls game, it’s brutal but I think I’m in love
Might know already but also when looking at your map, in a section you don’t have you can kinda see a light spot that sorta looks like a lighthouse to me. That will unlock a piece of the map you’re in. Helps when watching these videos and can actually see where they show you to go.
Man. I love this game. I'm about 60 hours in and most of it has just been exploring. The community is great, I'm about 50/50 on discovering stuff on my own and watching videos and reading posts about other stuff I missed. Truly a masterpiece by Fromsoft
Great guide. Just to clarify, you can travel to the hold (or any site of grace) from most places on the map by bringing up the map and then (on PS) press triangle followed by square and you'll get a prompt to take you straight there. Only place it won't work is anywhere the warp is disabled, like the crystal tunnels. It's plainly laid out in the menu, but it took me ages to realise.

You don't have to go to that grace site in front of the encampment to get the spectral steed. You can also go to the one right in front of the gate. I didn't find the one you went to until later.

You can get the spirit bell and the wolf for free btw. Just go back to the beginning church at night after getting torrent. And a witch will be there
Wasn't there for me.. Torrent must not be the trigger cause I went at nighttime shortly after receiving Torrent.

Love this! As far as meeting the NPC that allows you to level up and gives you your mount... it doesn’t have to be that particular grace. I got mine outside the gate, but rumor has it she shows up at the third Grace you rest at.
Yep, that's what happened to me. It's the third grace you rest at outdoors.

All the merchants have different colors if you haven’t noticed. I’m not sure if there’s significance to this or not. Also, it doesn’t matter what grace sets you visit, Melina or what her name is, still visits you. She also will visit you later when she invites you to the round table. She came to me in Caridan (red place) for that moment. I’ve seen others say she came to them in a different spot.

I was in a dungeon when I was invited to the round table, as well it's the third resting point you met the maiden...doesn't matter which spot your at

Tried it on 3 characters. You just have to teleport to the church of elleh after getting torrent. It will always automatically turn to night time with fog when you get there.

At the church.. you can go just behind it to the left.. there is a portal..take that path striaght it will lead you to a golden seed... no fighting.. there is also a path you can go down to side to avoid the dragon.. stick to the rocks to avoid the poison..run across the bridge with the black knight on it.. click the grace.. and get 45k ruins for nothing.. I think if you go south of the church some other wierd loot by a tree near a bear, and the map fragment is near there.

oh w8, the way for me to go to the main hall was a lot more brutal 🤣 basically at begin of the game i found a chest in the lake where the dragon is and teleport me in a much higher level area and the teleport from the map was disabled. So i have to manage to get out of here and find a bonefire ahead and then the girl tell me it was a test and finally she teleport me to the round table. that area in that moment was a pain 🤗
I opened a trick chest that patches set up for me and teleported me next to a giant bear clawing a tree lol
Yes before I even got my steed I ended up at some trick chest that led me to a cave with centipedes that one shot me from across the map. Then when I got out I ended to in some sorcery city where everyone is invisible and chased me in circles for about an hour. I finally got out. 1 more hour I would’ve restarted the game lol

Hey mate! Somebody was going to do it, so I'd rather be me - it's not "psychic", it's physic, fonetic alphabet for that would be /fyzik/. Though I do understand the confusion, not many similiar words for that.

Just a helpful note, it really is physick (FIZZ-ick) which is a term for the practice of medicine. Psychic (SI-kick) is spelled completely differently and it describes things related to the psyche. :)
You can get the bell from a blue witch that appears after you get torrent,
Near the first Santa merchant
You can get the spirit calling bell and ash spirit at the Santa church when it’s night after you get torrent the horse.
A blue witch sitting at the church will appear and she gives you the stuff for free instead of buying.
Tried the side quest for the blacksmith and it didn't work. Rodirica is still at the shack.

Yeah after you get the horse over at the gates go back to the church of Ella and that blue witch will give you the Bell and The Wolves for free

The visits from Melena are not set on particular Sites of Grace. I had this encounter with her well before I came to this location. Even the wiki is wrong on this part.

how come you've only needed 1 Golden Seed to upgrade to 6 flasks? for me its saying I need 2.
The NPC does not appear exclusively at that grace. She appears at the 4th grace you rest at. She came to me at the one by the gate north of that location.

I got the spirit bell and the wolf's for free. Visit that very first church of Elleh after getting your horse (at night) and a witch will arrive and give them to you saying they also belonged to Torrents former master.

You don't need to purchase the wolf summon or summoning bell. Revisit the first church at night and a NPC will be there. She gives them to you for free.

Idk if you guys know but I got my horse from tbe grace site right by the gates which is way closer to where you got that map
If you hit the giants pulling the cart they will stop moving and you can open a chest on the back of the cart. Idk if the loot varies but I got a Greataxe from the chest. You don't need to kill the giants just hit them until they stop and then go loot. You have to stop the cart in order to open the chest. Tested and confirmed. Theres also two more carts with chests in the town where you get the horse at the start of the video.
I think the cart-chests are a one and done thing in each area because I also got a great axe and havnt seen one in limgrave since

You can get the spirit wolfs and bell by just going back to the Church of Elleh at night, there's a npc that will give you them
You don’t need to buy the Lone Wolf ashes as you are given those just after getting Torrent if you visit Kale (Santa).
Do all this except buy the bell and wolf ashes you should get them from the witch fennaca (whatever her name is) after riding torrent for a bit she should appear at night after resting in the site of grace at the church of ella

When you have a lot of those Golden Runes, save some time. They sell at vendors for the same amount you'd get if you "used" them from your inventory.
