Update: The new Gen 2 version lasts 1,000-2000 rounds each!!!
Comes in a package of 4 for under $20.00 The Deflector Brake eliminates brass burns by forcing spent brass to consistently drop 3-4 ft next to you instead of scattered all over. Great for left handed shooters or off shoulder firing because it pushes flying brass forward and away from your face.
Our Deflector Brake works absorbing the tremendous amount of energy normally contained in the ejected casing and reduces the speed and distance the brass travels by 60% on average.
AR-Charging Glass (ARCG) protects the paint/coating under your charging handle where rifles inadvertently take abuse to aesthetics. It is like pulling the charging handle over glass or ice.
Package includes: (4) Deflector Brakes, (1) small parts box and (2) AR Charging Glass Protectors.

Guys, just cut a piece of adhesive backed soft loop velcro and stick it on the deflector. I did this 2 years ago to stop dinging brass on my 300 Blackouts.

One of the great parts about buying these is that the profits go to Project HAVOC, which is an organization for homeless Vets and 1st Responders in NC. They have more info on their website but it sounds like a pretty awesome group that is actually doing some good not too far from Ft. Bragg. I look at it as getting free gifts for donating to an organization that's actually doing some good for our vets and 1st responders that have fallen on hard times.

I think the Niche for this is definitely, as you alluded to, reloading more expensive rounds. I don't reload and the only AR i shoot is in the 5.56/.223 realm so while innovative, the 200 round lifespan just doesn't interest me.

@@Firemountainoutdoorsreviews I am now with a call to BATFE.. An unmolested brace that has been submitted to ATF for approval is allowed to be shouldered. If it is a homemade or altered brace it is STILL illegal. The manufacturer must supply a weapon with the brace installed for evaluation. There is NO returning of the item by ATF. Beware of Chinese imports as NONE are legal.
