We all need love, not just romance but also friendship, and without that no amount of hard work will let you not feel the pain of being alone.
I was the same way. Some people can use casually or only on occasion but I was the type of person who craved being as intoxicated at possible, I was willing to put my life at risk just to feel emotionally numb & I never saved money I just spent money as soon as I got it. I was also mixing different substances & it greatly affected my serotonin & dopamine receptors but fortunately I was able to learn from my past mistakes & turn my life around for the better now I only use natural herbs 🌿 no synthetic drugs 🚭⚠️

I got some clean time under my belt and wanted more and didn't want to fuck it up. It's just a better way to live and once you see that you dont want to go back. I got in a Suboxone program that helped me alot too. My family supported me also, that helps....
If you're recovering don't let anybody tell you that you gotta quit weed/cigarettes when u get clean. Especially if you're recovering from hard stuff like opiates/Stimson. Cigarettes aren't cheap and they aren't healthy but it sure as hell beats overdosing alone in your bedroom from a hot batch on "your last bag". Weed on the other hand, if somebody tells you to quit that you're talking to the wrong person they obviously don't understand drugs let alone addiction
