Mark can’t do it alone. The NBA needs a program for their former players financial and mental well being. Let’s build a better world.
lets start one with nba
Hiii Felicia
That’s real ❤️
Man when I was living in Dallas I seen my boy looking bad on the highway....good to see he doing better
Giving them millions wasn't enough? We are in control of our own lives.
So proud of Delonte. Shoutout to Mark Cuban for being a genuinely good owner and man.
Dude he is on the streets again
@@dilonharms5409 when did you hear that?
Mark Cuban became a billionare for a reason.
@@Justincrock10 yea i just seen a vid he back in dc now on the streets
With all the money LeBron has hot I don't understand why he doesn't help is father out.
You can see in Delonte's eyes that he is a good person. Sometimes in life the most caring people face the most difficult problems. Glad he is doing better and wishing him the best!
You can not see in his eyes his a good person. Bet all Ted Bundys victims said the same shit. Not saying he’s not a good person but you can’t judge character by a look in someone’s eyes doesn’t matter how kind or how crazy their eyes look
His worst enemy is his brain unfortunately
He's not. He's back on the street
He's back on the street I seen him begging for money
Mark is one of the only people in the 1% that actually still has humanity and empathy. He is a good man and I hope Delonte keeps going further with his recovery!
Facts mark Zuckerberg the owner of instagram whatever his name is is too busy training for the UFC & the sad part about all of this is most of the 1% of these billionaires are sports team owners which means they can definitely make a change for these people that really need it especially all these owners of NFL teams that know all these players end up retiring with CTE but that’s a whole different topic for a different day/video CTE is also real man :( mental health matters
The owner of the Carolina Panthers’s net worth is 20.6 Billion Dollars & not one single dollar of that money in his bank account is being invested into a positive/helpful cause 😔 like CTE since he's an NFL owner & most NFL players end up leaving the game with CTE & deep depression 👎🏽
@@cesarmarte6772you can blame billionaires all you want but some things are out of moneys control. also realized most people who make comments like this don’t even know how money works or how much billionaires give back
Check the news.
he got arrested last night….
I’m always rooting for Delonte 🙏🏾🙌🏾❤️
Cause he had sex with Lebrons mom?
You don’t know anything about Delonte, clown
🙏🏽
@Anything Goes hell yeah
Why
Both Delonte and Mark are inspiring. Delonte for being open with the struggles he's going through and the humility to get a regular job post-nba career like that, and Mark for taking the time to find and help a brother out like that. You have to understand that basic law, more money more problems, and the fact that such a wealthy guy who could be "too busy" or "too important", made the call to get involved and help Delonte, this is amazing!
Delonte West, keep pushing through. Wishing you the best.
He's back on the streets

This man has a story to tell. He could really change some lives as a motivational speaker!
what will it be called?
how to sleep with your friends mother?

That s what he should do and he can do .

Me and my brother met Delonte on the streets of D.C. a few years ago, it was sad to see him at that point he seemed to be mid manic episode when we met him, im glad hes getting help he seemed like a really great dude who got lost in his head. As someone who struggles with various mental health disorders im glad to finally see the news showing some positivity
No one cares shut up
idk the man only heard about him three yrs( im a football fan so excuse my ignorance altought i played with him on 2k12) and im surprised how he was at the top and was talented relieved to watch people reaching out for him tryna bounce him back drugs are a hell of a thing tho
Got bless him n Mark. Mental health is hard but having support makes things a little easier 💛🙌🏾 🙏🏾 ✨️
My prayers, love and encouragement go out to this man! I’m happy he is healthy and off the streets. Hope things continue to get better for him 💙💙💙
Glad to see he's doing OK. Hang in there and stay strong!

Back in 2004, St. Joes and Delonte West gave us college kids an exciting and unforgettable perfect season and Elite 8 spot in the NCAA Tourney. It’s great to see him get back on his feet and what a genuine guy Mark Cuban is 😊
Him and jameer nelson
Or the players could use their own millions to better their financial and mental well being. The NBA has already bettered their financial well being by giving them millions to throw a ball in a basket
@@devantebenton9815 and Carol and Jones and Chet….all the Hawks!
@@justynh1655 yes but that’s the problem. Most of these guys don’t know how to manage their money and just like a majority of people, will just go spend it all. If someone had a millions dollars ask them; “if you had mental issues, would you spend money on getting treatment or buying a Ferrari that might make you feel better”? I just think it’s a very complex issue that involves more than money. It’s identifying, commitment, will to get better and a supporting party.
@@justynh1655 people like u are what's wrong with the world today. Everyone needs some type of help, mark Cuban is a good man

So proud of this man!!! My brother has psychosis and he refuses to get help. This is so powerful to do this interview. God bless him!

I suffer from Bipolar Type 1! I went to LA to chase my dreams and failed twice because I lost everything 5 times and I’m only 28! I did everything right first one to graduate college in my family I was very successful early 20’s! Now I’m a bum on my moms couch, trying to get it back! I slipped into a Psychosis twice and was hospitalized the second one! It takes our brain MONTHS to heal so you’re depressed for MONTHS! So I resorted to trying different drugs and was a going through a Liter of Alcohol a Day. I would’ve been just like him I was homeless in LA in my car! We lose everything because of our depression and addictions as a coping mechanism! I pray he can properly heal! West man if you’re reading this! YOU CAN BEAT YOUR MIND

I always suspected I might have some form of it. How do you even know.?
@@AllenHanPR you will have mood swings where you will go from being overly happy to very depressed, sometimes multiple times within one year. But ultimately being truthful with your doctor about symptoms is one of the only ways to get a diagnosis. That and a manic episode.

If most people were honest with themselves everyone is battling or recovering for something. Mentally or emotionally.
Facts
There are different levels of recovering
bipolar disorder often comes in the childhood when the kid had faced a trauma
Some people like to compare their paper cuts to shotgun wounds..
Precisely. So let's just get everyone on anti-psychotics and depressants so they don't know how to cope naturally. Then become dependent on a medication that is price gouged by a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical company.
Always had love for this dude! Praying for the best for you my guy🙏🏽
This guy was nice nice back in the day… hopefully he can pull through

Delonte we are proud of you sir! You are not alone!
Rooting for you Delonte. Happy for your bounce back. Thanks for sharing this story.
All my love & support goes to him. As someone who was diagnosed with bipolar back in 2013 I know how extremely dark life can get & how fast paced & overwhelming it can get as well but with the right people & medical professionals around you, life can turn around for you. It's A day at A time process though. I was admitted 4 times from 2013 to 2022 & it's A battle everyday still. I just want to be one of the people who break the stigma down about mental health & that it's okay to talk about-it doesn't make you weak. Respect to Mark Cuban for helping him. My family helped me when I needed it & I'm grateful for that.
Hope he gets well. It appears he also has neurological issues. Glad to see he’s trying.
Prayers for my guy good to see him on the road to recovery.
