Players today are now seen as partners, not employees. They are also far more media savvy and aware of their public image. All of that is thanks to Bron and Rich.
The one thing I love about their story is the "Feast Mentality". Everybody's so willing to help each other. There's no insecurity and there's mutual respect. The idea is simple with them: we're all going to make it.
