You are the only one who showed each and every step in the video. Hundreds of others don't show how to fix the outer case properly. You did a wonderful job.. Thanks a lot.
Great video. Walked my way through, stopping for each process. My unit was a 15 cs3073cl...same from end to end. Only portion that was difficult, was replacing the bezel. Found that a true focus on the bottom was essential and until that was completed the sides don't drop in and remain...they actually "buckle" up until bottom is fully seated and "clicked" in. Then, the sides and the top fall easily into place. Thanks for the technically approached and truly accurate, experienced process.
PS...This is how you tube "how tos" should be done....by people who know how to...not those just doing their first attempt DIY and oops....Thanks again.
Amazing work, thank you very much for sharing. This procedure also works on the 15-eg3053cl model of the HP laptops. One tool that helped me in the adhesive removal from under the LCD is a hemostat (surgical clamp) as you can get a hold of it and it won't let go easily as tweezers will.
Thanks a lot. You helped me replace the broken screen of a hp pavilion 15-cw1005la. Your step-by-step process made it perfectly easy to save my son's computer. You are great for sharing your knowledge!
Thanks for a good video. You actually took the machine apart in real time (not like some who don't do that). You confirmed this is going to be as difficult as I assumed. Keep up the good work.
This video has an excellent step by step explanation of the HP screen replacement. I have zero tech experience and I was able to replace my touch screen easily. Thanks so much!!
very nice video and a great help as I have a very similar hp laptop with a cracked screen and I will have to be doing this exact repair. Just can't find the screen I need yet. The touch screens seem to be hard to find or out of stock. This is a 17.3 inch screen and is 720p. wish I could up the resolution on it but don't know if that is possible on this hp 17-cn2165cl model. Anyone know if this change is possible? Thanks a lot for the video!
Thank you so much for making this video! I feel like I can replace my pavilion touch screen that has been unusable for 3 years now! I do have a question about the 3 screen options with the 15-cs2073cl This one is a touch screen and I am wondering if the only touch screen option for this one is the HD with touch screen capability that you mentioned. Thanks again!
Would it be a good idea to leave a bit of overhang on the double sided tape attaching the screen to the bezel like there was originally, in the event I need to replace the screen again in the future?
Thanks for the video . Very helpful. will the same process work for HP 15-dw3045cl. can you help with the replacement screen model for HP 15-dw3045cl and where I can order from . 1366x768 full HD touchscreen
Hi! Thank for your video. Let me telling you lm experts broking screams this is my 3rd one less a 2 month 🤦🏼♀️lol, so you can understand why l need to replace by myself the screen🙆🏼♀️. Can you show me the names of the tape you are using please!
i had the same problem. i had to remove the screen from the laptop to attach the bezel. Remove the back cover and unscrew the inges, then disconnect the screen cable and the modem connectors. you can now remove the screen and connect your bezel easily

Great video thanks for that. I was expecting the usual screws holding the screen in, if it wasn’t for this video the tape would of had me baffled
