Afternoon Baz welcome along to your brother on this new and exciting venture for both of you, another great video really enjoy the plant inspections and how they work and the way you explain it,keep up the great work thanks.
Love the channel mate. No nonsense, real work. Learn a lot each episodes. Although I must confess that I am not used to your type of english so I sometimes have to turn on the subtitles 😀. Would not mind getting even more information while the things are happening during the video. For example when tightening a bolt apart from showing us that it is being tightened, tell us why you do it in that way, why is loctite used or not, what type of bolt is better, etc. Would really appreciate those years of knowledge sprinkled during the video !
Your brother is doing a fantastic job filming the right stuff at the right time. Getting the awesome shots. And I imagine putting up with you 😂. I only wish I could work with my brother. Keep it up guys. What you are doing is great. You are one of my new favorite channels.
Baz been hooked on your website for 2 months amazed at your knowledge of machinery and plant equipment keep up the Chronicles and the normal videos. The Mancunian Taxi Driver...
Nice to a see a character and master of his trade in one person. Your employer should love and cherish someone of your talent and knowledge. Interesting channel content. Thank you all involved.
Great video! Your brother and you make a great team. Now we know how the “director “is spot on with the camera. I like how you decided not to put the side pieces on because the others were good for a few more hours. Shows how you take ownership of the job like you are spending your own money. A lot of people would have put them on since they had them. Be Safe!
Another great video. And good diagnoses on the crusher ram. I’m sure you’ve seen those crushers get them selves in a right mess, especially the belts. Every 1/2hr job turns into a marathon on those bits of plant.
Great to hear you back!! plenty of content from the brothers again. Great to see your on top of suppliers slipping in extras you haven't ordered. No time to waste Crack on lad to the next one.
I find your setups in your quarries very interesting. I have recently retired from the road construction game and here in Australia virtually all of our quarry crushers are large permanent plant setups, yet your quarries, which look just as large if not bigger, seem to all run using portable crushing equipment.
Glad I found your channel, I work on a lot of Terex crushers and screeners and also stackers in the states. Nice to see someone else confronting the same issues I do every week. Mine are just a different color! Lol. Great work!!
Cracking video…… sooo much knowledge it’s great to hear!! Can you show or tell us more on yer Loading shovels!! I loves driving them but have never seen that brand of shovel here in 🇮🇪!! Cat and Volvo are the main brands here!!
My hat is Off to the Director.........he does a fantastic job of recording what is happening, I was curious how he was so on top of everything..... now we know....Well Done Director......from another weldor and director living in Florida, USA....Paul
Been following you on Instagram for a while. Watching your videos and seeing what you do has made it all come together now. Keep up the awesome work and your director is doing and awesome job.
I’ll be honest, When I first started watching I thought baz was a “I’m the bees knees look at/listen to me..” and now I’ve watched a few episodes he actually knows a lot about a lot in his field and I can see why hes successful 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
@@richardkitchen7264 as a welder and fabricator he does know a hell of a lot about plant machinery but being in that game for almost 30 year, I think that’s what he’s said previously, you do learn some stuff eh
Very educational.i worked on plant a lot of my working life.mainly muckshiffting sometimes in quarries in whitworth or Oldham .l loved the job .but when you get a operator like Dave it makes life a lot easier in a tough environment.keep them coming baz quality again take care pal.👍👍👍
Morning Baz yet another amazing great video mate I’ll tell you what…….. you and your family team are bloody good. There’s not much you don’t know is there and I love how you took your brother under your wing and he’s bloody good as well mate, great videography till the next one Baz
Another great video, when we change the wear edge on my shovel we heat the thread of the bolt above the nut and mushroom the head so it incases the nut, it also helps with stoping material getting caught on the bolt thread sticking up, They never come loose,
Good content again Baz you must be worth your weight in gold to the fox group I hope that it reflects in your pay packet there’s not a lot you don’t know about the plant business all the best to you and the director
Baz, you are a very busy man, more to do in a day than can be done. Question for you- is there a safety protocol for when someone goes inside a machine so there is no accidental start up?
Curious if editor is big or little bruv? And fair play to the both of you it just adds to the channel he’s found another trade and way of working together again. Team work makes the dream work 👌 Ps editing is hard, time consuming mental graft. 👏
Another interesting vid, do you service and maintain all the plant (engine, hydraulics, electrics)? Are all the other lads mobile in vans or workshop based?
Lots of heavy metal in use there...really nice! Do you guys do the fluid changes on vehicles...would LOVE to see the day to day TLC on these beasts...the oil/grease/filter changes and whatnot Keep em coming!!!!
Well done Baz for helping your brother TOP MAN 🇬🇧🎶
The director is doing an awesome job. Keep up the great work the both of you.
Baz will be at Christmas dinner calling his brother “alrite director” and the rest of the family will have no idea 😅😅
Some serious learning getting done watching these lads

I always wondered if I was the only one to cut bolts like that, figured it out after the first time and it blew in my face starting at the bottom!

Baz, great work but working under the unsupported bucket ? where's your blocking or stands when working on the loader, and on the dozer blade.
Glad I found your channel, I work on a lot of Terex crushers and screeners and also stackers in the states. Nice to see someone else confronting the same issues I do every week. Mine are just a different color! Lol. Great work!!

I ran McCloskey crushers and screeners for years and much preferred them to even the much more technical and expensive plant.
Another great video, when we change the wear edge on my shovel we heat the thread of the bolt above the nut and mushroom the head so it incases the nut, it also helps with stoping material getting caught on the bolt thread sticking up, They never come loose,
Great tip! That works also we all have our own ways of doing it.
