I don't know this gentleman personally. I remember first seeing him on Asheville as the helicopter struggled to lift two massive men into the sky. Stumbled across his channel and have been hooked since. When you see hardworking individuals drive to better things with literal sweat and it pay off, even me, a complete stranger can get a touch emotional when they succeed even more. Congratulations on the partnership and lets get you to that subscription number so we can watch you travel the world and promote WF and Fox! PS. That truck lift at the end was madness!
The 🦊seems like a top bloke from what I've seen on this channel and Ashvilles. Don't know any of them personally but love to see genuine honest guys just doing what they do well!
Yes I agree collaboration with Cutting Edge Engineering here In Australia I worked on heavy plant in mine sites around Australia I love to watch your channel found you through Asheville I am originally from Liverpool and Lived in Skelmersdale most of my life till I moved to Oz love seeing the areas you travel too keep up the tremendous content well in director
Baz, Could you do a segment in a episode explaining a bit about your background, how you started out in the industry and where you acquired your skills, knowledge ect Really enjoying the channel
Baz, I’m surprised you’ve never used an air arc in your welding career! I run the air arc off an Esab Fabricator 500 amp machine at my work, mostly using 6mm carbons, sometimes 8mm.
Good news baz happy days. Don’t change anything this is why this channel is so good. Keep it real . Lovin my hat super fast delivery 📦 is the director like the stig never see his face 😂
Hi Baz and Team. just FASCINATING Baz and Your Boys. you make the normal into SUPERIOR. The Wizard of the Arc! Great BOOST the Boss onboard. i Predict not too far in the future TV will want to sign you and tour Boys for a weekly series! you DESERVE IT!
I can certainly see the production advantages to the hypothermia plasma gouging over carbon arc. I run a Miller 301G and burn 8mm carbon rods at 250 to 275 amps all day long. I likes 6mm better but with a more delicate touch 8mm works fine. The only real advantage is a smaller groove with the 6mm. Where I use to work, one of our main jobs was the rebuilding of 400 ton mining truck dump bodies. The boys would hook two 600 amp millers in tandem and single cut through 3/4” A R400 ON 1/2” backing plate with 1/2” carbon arc rods. They were not always available. It sometimes we could get hollow core 1/2” carbons. They removed just as much metal with less noise and less smoke.
That plasma is awesome. Arc air is the biz! You’ll get good at it such that you only remove a weld fillet without damaging the parent metal. Look carefully at the Lorch machines, we run their 200A Micortig units and they’ve been very unreliable (we build stainless process equipment). We also have a Lorch cold wire feeder unit too and it’s also had its problems. I can’t speak for that particular machine though. Nice clear arc shots by the way.
I'm interested in how the Kemppi performs in all special settings (pulse, double pulse , and gouging). I look forward to you putting it to the test . Thanks again Welderfabber!
Love the Content Fabber, Kudos to the director for the footage and the score. The Timelapse’s are epic and dramatic. Keep it Going! Own the welding side of things. Can you run through some do’s and fonts on using a Gas axe, MMA welding and Mig. Such as over head welding vertical welding and getting the voltage to amps right on thickness of materials welding. All the best!
Very honored you would read and answer my question Baz! Congratulations on your new deal, and I look forward to collaboration with Isaac (IC Weld), Kurtis (CEE Engineering), allistairc123, & Snowball Engineering. I learn from every one of your videos, how to work, how to be a gentleman, how to keep your word. Thanks Baz and wishes for a great and blessed future.
I just bought a hypertherm 45xp and it has changed my game completely! They are truly amazing tools, can't believe I waited so long to get one. I think you will have a cnc table in no time if you get one. Great channel thanks for the show!
Excellent news Baz and the director. Paul Fox seems to be a great boss, obviously has a lot on his plate but seems hands on and gets involved in all aspects of his business. 👍🏴🇺🇸
Great videos. Every process has its place and is better suited for different jobs. I am surprised with your experience you had never used the arc air before. Especially working around heavy equipment and bucket repairs.
27:45 Congratulations on your new collaboration.........well deserved.... .I know Allistairc123 gave you a good shout out a few days ago...... Cheers from the US, Paul
Hi Baz / Director ,Loving the new cutting equipment....and vlog. Congrats on the Fox / WF Collab and I'm looking forward to seeing who comes forward .....I'm sure cutting edge will be in touch mate ! You're now another of my weekly subscriptions I love to watch and keep up to the heavy plant adventures. I think this world needs some more straight talking people and those who want to get their hands dirty and work hard to earn some cash and a lifestyle. Keep up the great work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Be safe , be happy 🦉🦉Gary
Love the channel Baz, the air arc and plasma was impressive but that crane was something else! CEE (Curtis) and On Fire Welding would be great collaborators. Keep up the good work!
Congratulations on the news from the Fox! Well deserved.Looks like the Lads are getting the hang of the new machines.Any collaboration would be fine with me,there are some great suggestions so far. Y’all Be Good and Stay Safe.
Got to be a collab with the OG, Kurtis. Foxy said that all Baz needs is 1million subs and he's on that plane to Brisbane👍 I'd love to see the different ways that Baz and Kurtis go about fixing stuff.
good work on the bucket , you have joined my list of favorite channels along with Snowball engineering , Cutting Edge Engineering and IC Weld , and congrats on the Kemppi awesome machine

2 months ago you tested air arc gouging. Kurtis uses a set that has flat electrodes for smoothing out and cleaning off welds and slag. You may want to look into it.
9:00, holy smokes, that is one serious cutting machine.......I use a Hypertherm from the 'OLD DAYS'.....1990 model...... no where near that much power.......cheers, PB
Wow that’s amazing news from the fox can’t wait to see you collaborating with people around the world My no1 watching over anything!! Keep it up Bazza Boi 👌🏼👍🏼
a pal went for a job and you also had a gouging test he had the jets facing backward and it blew his helmet off a good operator on gouging would embarrass the plasmacutter hands down more amps needed too it can be used like a surgeon
Great channel love the content. Deffo Australia CEE… love Homeless! But and a big but sort Daniels bins out first, the bucket you did for him… I’m now fixed to you!

Brilliant Baz. Love the technical explanations, welding process. Pre-heat, wire type, rod type etc. Its good to watch you and the team repair and fabricate, but the difference is when you explain technique.
Great insight into the daily struggles of keeping Fox's business running smooth, like to see you collaborate with Snowball engineering, great young lad similar to yourself
Dear BAZ, if you have not seen his Channel, Greg at On Fire Welding does field work out in California and uses both Plasma and CAC for bucket work.....hope this helps.....PB
FANTASTIC news baz. Awesome bits of kit and will definitely be a good addition to your welding arsenal. As for a collaboration I can think of one in particular and that is Kurtis of Cutting Edge Engineering in Australia as you 2 have the same work ethics.
I just started fallowing! I’m a millwright in a steel mill in East Chicago Indiana just outside of Chicago in the USA! Love your content and your style!
Im not a welder, but new tool day is always a good day, whatever your trade. Another great chronicle Baz and Director. Be interested to know more about the Volvos lift capabilities. We've started using them for lifting steels into new builds for the last couple of years . Great bits of kit. Keep them coming boys👍💪
Pulse Mig/Mag process will help with reducing the heat input, therefore helping to reduce distortion 👍🏻 it’s also fantastic for welding thin materials as pulse will allow you to stay in spray transfer rather than short circuit, helping with spatter 👍🏻
I just found your channel.....looking forward to new videos. As a welder repair tech....by far I see less hypertherm plasma cutter than other brands for repair.
Another great vid Baz and congrats on the Fox partnership more episodes required I could watch you all day, brilliant, enjoy the rest of the weekend. Paul P
42:33 that's a beast of a bucket, the wheelspin off the poor little forklift 😆😆😆
I don't know this gentleman personally. I remember first seeing him on Asheville as the helicopter struggled to lift two massive men into the sky. Curtis at CEE was using flat carbon rods for flush gouging. I am another one for a Welderfabber CEE collaboration.
