후판을 용접 할 때는 용접부분에 홈을 파서 안에서부터 붙여 나와야 해요.
그냥 후판 맞대고 용접하면 용접효과가 표면에만 있어서 장력이 현저하게 떨어집니다.
즉 용접 부위가 가해지는 힘을 버티지 못합니다.

Those extension strips added at about 25:30 should have been Vee cut first to get full penetration of the welds especially as they support the hydraulic ram. I would be curious to see how long it is before cracks begins to appear along the longitudinal weld. The welding is good but these guys need to understand the load component of what they are welding. It’s a constructive comment I hope they will investigate to make there outcomes better. Good job apart from that. Also love the old blue TK Bedford used to lift the boom onto its deck.
