везде свои нюансы. Не помню, на каком экскаваторе, но идет внешняя обойма под пальцы. В кате, что-ли. Разбило, выбил всё, люфтов нет. В JCB вроде нет этого.

I dont think It Is grease, I believe It Is glue to avoid disassembling or loosen the screws , this Is a normal practice in asían productos.
There are plenty of parts they assemble where grease should be used 😉

6:20 why weren't these parts deburred and cleaned ahead of time. Why is assembly being done on the ground? and the cleaning done with a dirty rag?
7:40 they are using nordlock washers, there's no need for loctite. Also you can see the loctite leaking under the washer, this will flake off and into the hydraulic oil circuit.

I was also confused by the use of Loctite along with Nord-Lock. I think that Nord-Lock is an alternative to a "non-separable" connection using Loctite. I don't understand why use them together.
@@anton488 They want the extra assurance that it doesn't come apart. On mining equipment you can see Loctite, Nord-locks and then the whole thing is crossdrilled, pinned and welded shut. It is the case of no-you-dont-want-this-to-apart on a multimillion machine.
@@JaakkoF I agree that in this case the extra assurance takes place. It is also clear that the cost of Nord-Lock is much less than the potential catastrophic consequences in some cases. On the other hand, any engineering solution should be justified. So it's interesting for me what's the reason of such double measures. For example, a bolted joint can be affected by high temperature (more than Loctite can stand, 150-180°C). Another possible reason is the company's experience that Nord-Lock/Loctite alone is not enough in their operating conditions.

다품종 소량 생산하는 경우는 컨베이어 벨트 시스템이 가성비가 떨어져요
그리고 중량물을 취급하는 경우는 작업대에 부품을 올리는 것 보다는 그 때 그때 호이스트를 이용해서 이동시키는 게 더 안전합니다
앉아서 작업하는 게 꼭 좋은 것만은 아니에요 직업병의 대부분은 고정된 자세에서 반복적인 작업을 하는 경우에 생기는 겁니다
저런 형태의 작업은 중량물을 옮기는 데 맨손으로 하지 않는다면 오히려 작업자에게는 더 좋은 작업환경인 겁니다

Very interesting video, but surprised by the rusty pin and lack of grease during assembly.
Those things are greased after assembly, that's what the greasing nipples are for.
They have central grease built in, only need to connect 1 coupler and you can grease everything from 1 spot.
not only a bit rusty, but pitted as well.. didnt look like a new pin at all.

При сборке редуктора 6:43 заусенец прям там где будет гидравлика течь. Попадет в систему, будет драть.

С точки зрения инженер-конструктора, я не могу похвалить.
Мно чево в доработки нуждается.
К примеру скользящие компоненты, не забиваются молотком 😅, там много чего ещё есть
Так они ещё и пальцы в сочленения ржавыми и не смазанными забивают. Ещё те работнички.
сейчас нас заставляют покупать это барахло, вот самое страшное.
@@DonWiti-fe8lu Так если нету такого аналога, то и приходится покупать. Это же не обязательная страховка. Ты сам берешь себе комплектацию.
Ну а по факту, у нас вообще не распространены подобные навески для экскаваторов. За всё время я один раз брал миник в аренду, на котором была навеска для наклона ковша в одной плоскости. Себе подбирая тоже сразу на навеску смотрел такую же, но тоже как-то не завозили.

Если не понимать, что происходит, то выглядит красиво. Сварщику нормальную маску хамелеон не выдали. Вся сборка редуктора на полу 🤦 (видимо колени и спина запасные есть). Кто мешает сборочные столы поставить на нормальной высоте?
При закручивании болтов 9:10 сначала закрутил 2 болта на максимум, потом пытается выкрутить остальные. И видно, что один болт не идёт. (Кадр обрывается)
Шайбы Nord Lock это действительно круто, но хоть одно соединение моментным ключом бы щёлкнули. Всё от руки или пневматикой. У нас в нормальных шиномонтажах уже давно колёса на момент прикручивают, а тут ...?
А так да. Красиво.

Сварщик работает чисто на глазок, как положил так и прихватил, ни шаблонов ни конудукторов, даже видно, что пластинка есть которая в крагах у него мелькнула, вложил по ней прихватил что-то. Нет никакой постоянной геометрии по сути. Если другой придет на его место , деталь получиться не такая же.
пластинкой он там плоскость какую-то выцеливал. Меня смутил там только вопрос соосности обойм. Когда первую обойму прихватил на глазок, то я напрягся. Когда он повернул деталь боком, я подумал что сейчас будет как-то прицеливаться. Но нет, сразу редуктор начали показывать.
Думаю, там токаркой потом выводится соосность. Ну а квадраты приваренные 100% предварительно через измерения предварительные. Хотя ничего не составляет сделать легкий шаблон под плоскость.

All in all it looks like fairly decent material that went in, but compared to the non knock off Engcons that I've seen in practice it can obviously only tilt partially and seems jerky and slow, though maybe thats the opeator.
Biggest propblem for me is how the springs and working parts of the hitch are exposed as you can see @ 13:31, I predict you will have problems.
Yeah my dad taught me when I was 5 yr’s old not to drive in bolts with an impact gun without starting the threads by hand first.
And you see a jump cut straight after he noticed the cross threading, so it got dealt with. Things happen.
