All products produced by Japanese technology lines have never disappointed me, all of their products are of very good quality 👍
You certainly have not heard the news that a major Japanese steel mill has publically apologized for faking its quality data in the past thirty years.
Me neither, that's why Japan is Japan
❤
@@hernanortega7006I use Japanese domestic products for all of my household appliances, from the smallest to the largest, because they are the highest quality Japanese products.

Japanese products have always breathed quality for me as a Swede. Completely in class with our own or German products.
Very nice video.
Thank you for this wonderful video. I was amazed at how fast they balanced the rotor; in my younger years I used to do it and it took quite a long time. Glad to see that some old techniques are hard to die, and are still used today: the use of a humble screwdriver to check the ball-bearings. Thank you Mitsubishi Electric.
Good work. Quality. One of our finest allies. Thank you Japan!
4:43 the musical sounds when the carousal is moving, I love it. So Japanese. 🤭🤗❤
It's to reduce internal stresses in the motor casing.
I enjoyed watching the lacing of the end turns, so nice and even. I did it by hand my whole career.
Great video! I think "burnish work" at @16:44 should be "varnish work". They are dipping and encapsulating the stators in varnish at that point.
How come they do not use a vacuum chamber to impregnate the varnish?
@@SeeSaw72 I wondered the same, but almost looked like maybe an ultrasonic tank the way the bubbles were coming out.
@@SeeSaw72 yes varnishing is very harmful to body in the open air.
Excellent. Thank you very much for sharing! I enjoyed watching from the begining to the end.
the way they balance the rotors is genius. adding the balancing weights and then just cut them off as needed is just brilliant
I thought so as well, very clever

Pembuatan motor tiga fasa Jepang yang sangat bagus sekali Bos. Saya menyaksikan menonton melihat video mu sampai selesai penuh Bos. Senang sekali melihatnya Bos.
I've been there.. galls romes amphitheatre was amazing.. and basilica also
Excellent video - Japan makes quality motors 👍
It is very interesting that they use welded metal enclosure instead of more traditional cast iron.
yes

You got access at THE Mitsubishi! That’s amazing!
Fascinating! I admire the skills of the engineers who design the machines that make all the motor parts. Brilliant minds!
Interesting to see that the hull is made with sheet, and has the fins welded on. I would have always assumed this was a cast part.
Japanese motors had proven reliable in our gas plant , running continuously only to be swap every fortnight for the past 25 to 30 years

Fascinating to see the whole process! I've seen some very small parts of motor assembly before but not the whole process! Thank you for sharing!
... sehr beeindruckend. ...
Muy buen proceso, saludos desde Guatemala.
Muy chulo..... ¡¡Que chulada!!
¡¡ MAGNIFICO !!
MUY BUEN VIDEO
Excellent video and quality! I enjoyed watching it and I also enjoyed listening to the humble background music which was at the right volume..
I thought "the windings are less precise than I would have imagined" and then ... constriction happened and a sewing machine and WOW!

Amazing electronic
I install and align motors all the time in an industrial setting and those motors that were shown running at the end were pretty noisy to me. I use the Roto-line from Germany, don’t know the spelling for the German name but that’s what we call it. Very interesting video on motors, I enjoyed it immensely, it’s always nice to see how they make it.
I wonder if the noise at the end was more from the pumps that that motors were driving.
For industry, always use Japanese bearings and motors. Things that need to last with least head aches.

High quality technology
It's too bad that US companies like GE and Westinghouse no longer manufacture motors or other electronics in their home country anymore unlike Japan. They outsourced everything to other countries for cheaper labor.
Wonderful video thankyou ❤
