We just purchased our new Epro 19FDS and am so enjoying your video series. We too have a Havanese (with 25% Yorkie) and we wouldn’t trade him for the world. Two questions - could you do a video on some of your puppy products you use to camp, and secondly have you ever considered a meet up in NC at one of your favorite campgrounds? might be fun since you are limited to travel scope given Desi’s needs. Thank for all you do.
Thank you! They are the best dogs (but we are a little biased haha!). That is a video we have thought about doing - pros/cons and the products that make it easier! So we had thought about doing a meetup before desi got sick. It has been hard to plan anything (we have hardly camped in the past year) as he is at the vet so often. But, we are hoping as soon as the fall weather kicks in, we can finally get back to it. And this would be fun! Thanks for the suggestion! And thank you for being a viewer - we really appreciate!
Excellent channel and really like your how to videos. However, I have a question that I could not find in your previous videos, but believe you must have addressed it. How to keep the cabinet doors closed when traveling. I was going to put thumb latches on every drawer then wondered if I added magnets, would that be sufficient ? Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Hi! Thank you - very much appreciated! So, we actually haven't had much of an issue with things coming open during travel. We do find every now and then the bathroom medicine cabinet door will open and one thing will fall out. But when we stop, it is always closed lol. Thinking of putting a gopro in there to see what is going on! The cabinets under the tv has two handles side by side - that we do use a wrapit strap to keep it closed as all our food items in there. The ones above the couch, the drawer under the bed - have never come open. The drawers in the kitchen - we pack our footstools in front of them and with pillows/blanket wedge them in tight so no damage to the cabinets or couch. That keeps them closed. Those are the only ones that we may in the future look to install some kind of locking mechanism. But haven't come up with a plan so if you have any ideas - would love to hear them!
