The Basic answer is 'NO'. I assume you're asking about 'pulling'. Pulling is used to slide your Rev sideways. Commonly seen in the 'side hover' to avoid sliding down from gravity. In high winds, gravity has less effect so less pulling is needed. Pulling is also used to add energy, and there is so much energy in high winds that you don't need to add more.
