  • Even though we only spent a few days cycling along the coasts of Alabama & Mississippi, we tried to make the most of them.
Freezing cold mornings meant we had to get out our winter gear and put on way more clothes than we have had to previously. But the crisp, cold air was a nice change to the warm and humid weather we had had most of the time in Florida. So we really enjoyed it!
White sand, boardwalks and gravel roads awaited us on our brief journey through Alabama & Mississippi...

Fantastic video. I'm just watching the playlist straight through and I gotta say - that cooking gear sequence was simply beautiful camping ASMR. I really appreciate the editing effort there - makes me wanna go camping right now!

Fun. This is where I grew up, though I have never been on the ferry across the Bay. By the way, Mobile rhymes with “wheel.”
But, as you likely learned, riding through Biloxi can be terrifying. There really isn’t a good route through it.

I've done all Flour but never rode on Alabama. Hopefully I can get out there soon. Thanks for the heads-up. All the best to your travels 👍🙂

Hello Louisa, hello Tobi, interesting. I wouldn't like the many big roads, the busy traffic and the high level of industrialization.
    Best regards
    Bernard
