I love createx, they are super helpful and answer so many of my questions. They're customer service is outstanding!
Thank you!
I didn't know about the restorer product, thank you. I must have the worst luck with my brushes, they are always getting paint backed up on the needle and I usually take it apart every time I clean.
i know! Game changer for me!!!
Thanks for letting us know that information was helpful. For more about 4008 Restorer, please check out its tech sheet, creatextech.com/assets/html/pages/4008-TDS.html
Createx is the best.... the only brand of paint I use. Illustration line is my favorite.
thank you!

Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video! I am looking for basic information, I would need to start learning airbrushing for my art projects. I would like to ask about basic safety issues - are your colors safe to use without any respirator filter or mask like in the video? Is ok if you inhale the "mist"? Should I perhaps work in a highly ventilated space? Are there any other such safety guidelines? Do the colors have strong odour?
For safety information, please refer to the SDS available at www.ceatextech.com. For use indoors, painting in a well-ventilated environment is recommended, such as the spray-booth Gary was painting in for this video. Thank you.
I'm really struggling with paint reduction I know there's a lot of variables but I use createx opaque colors and the transparent colors not illustration so can you give me a starting point of ratios for a creos ps289 .3 and a iwata cm .23 and also psi. I really need help.
There are a lot of variables at play when trying to sort out reduction, but for a quick answer it really depends on air pressure. if you are spraying at a lower psi the paint needs to be more reduced to move through the airbrush. we do have some paint reduction videos that take a lot of the guesswork out of the process. Take a look at those I'm sure they will help you get up and running. Thank you, Gary W.
@jameswilliams3304 I'm trying to paint a matchstick on poster board
@CreatexColors thank you Gary much appreciated
Where can we find those green hoses? They look like grex, are they not?
Guess they are from grex...
Yes, the air hoses are Grex supplied by Spray Gunner, spraygunner.com/accessories/grex-accessories/grex-ultra-flex-airbrush-hose/. Thank you.
@@CreatexColors Thank you but what we really meant was do they fit Iwata?
Gary is using Iwata airbrushes in the video. Thank you.
