As a retired printer that worked in a custom shop, I was amazed at some of the similarities they used to make a Jig. I had no idea they foil-stamped the detail on them. Wish I spoke Japanese, there are so many parts to the manufacturing of these jigs I see jobs even an old retired craftsman can do!!
Anything with a holographic pattern has to be stamped on from a foil film, I wish you could just spray it on. Even in hobby bait making you got to either buy blanks pre-foiled or apply the foils yourself. The process behind how holographic are created though is a interesting subject on its own.

この規模で1日何個作れるのか気になるけど、いつまでもメイドインジャパン精神を忘れずに作ってください！前にロッドの釜屋で働いてたけど、そこはやってることが中国と変わらなかった。なぜその大事な一手間を省くの？って感じが嫌ですぐ辞めました！

Centrifugal casting is used in jewelry making for solid castings w.o voids. Very cool and involved process in making the mold/castings. Definitely a step above hand pouring. ❤❤

Most of the time, old lure still killers and deadly effective... They only lack of endorsements and gimmicks, which is unfortunately necessary to attract costumers in this current situations... My favorite lures is old Yo-zuri that was still made in Japan, nothing flashy but still deadly....

I do not know the resin used in this video for 3D printing, but people that have not used gloves and been exposed develope a allergy in the long run, please wear gloves and wash it in alcohol before touching!
