Very good install video. My stock fork bearings seems to tighten up over time for some reason. Even when I have not dumped it and twisted the stem, lol. Is there any torque spec on the top bolt? I’m also considering a direct connect stem…
I have Fast Ace forks on my bike now, I just bought the 2.0 from you guys. Can I just slide the fork tubes out and slide the new updated ones in my existing upper and lower crown ?
@@donsurron76 not sure but ebikezilla has it for like 15. If you took it up to any auto parts store they could probably grab you a match for a few dollars. I would replace it while I had it all apart.

The bearings are probably dry. Take it apart and regrease it before you ruin the bearings. Trust me from experience lol @jimboinvt
Can you add air pressure on the ace2.0 like the factory forks??
How important is that spacer? Just noticed it’s not on my bike any more?
Important the black dust seal is even more crucial then the two spacers

@@Luv_3xT DId you unscrew thew top screw? It should slide off with everything unscrewed. Make sure the head clamps are loose too.
Factory 2.0 all the way psi to 100-110 and your set
Or hear me out I order a replacement bearing for 4 dollars before I do this.

fork is complete crap! During city driving it started leaking after three months!!!
The fork seals just blew its normal for that to happen and it does often. It’s a cheap and easy replacement process.
